Ive got so long to wait before i hear anything about my daughter's new claim but the anxiety is killing me already 😩xx

I think I will call tomorrow again, but hopefully will feel a bit better for it. Feeling very overwhelmed today and everything is getting on my nerves. Additionally to my own 4 boys, my hubby's teenage son comes over on half terms and it's super challenging. We already have too small house for ourselves and it's frustrating when there's no space physically and mentally. Then that another week of nothing from DLA pops out from back of my mind, and I'm close to explode

Omg I'm shaking, she has been awarded HRC LRM until Feb 2026 cannot belive it I thought she was going to be denied as she hasn't been diagnosed yet and I only sent her forms I filled out, Her cahms referral letter a SNAP report her teacher did, honestly could cry, scan date 6/3 made priority yesterday, good luck to everyone waiting xx

@ADT13 that's pretty much what I sent plus her dyspraxia diagnosis. I didn't even get someone else to fill in the supporting statement. Honestly I think the main evidence is the form (awarded today 08/02 date).

I phoned up today and they have put me down as priority scan date 06/03 any idea how long to hear once been escalated xx

@Matilde08 Oh gosh 😬 i can imagine the sound of all boys can overwhelm you at times spesh in an overcrowded house 😔. Hopefully you can relax and unwind abit. Good luck for tomorrow xx

Its good that he's going to look into it further, all the calls are recorded in any case so they will be able to hear how she's spoken to you, hopefully she will be taken off the phones and retrained, there is no need for it, we're all just trying to get by at the end of the day. X

No it's not a MR its a new claim, so from phoning for the forms it was 14 weeks yesterday but I claimed priority for financial difficulties, I phoned at 1pm today and no decision so phoned again at 5pm and was told was awarded xx

Aww OK mines a MR hopefully now it's made priority it speeds things along our original claim was last August 😭

Oh my goodness, aw that's horrible wait, was you not awarded anything or you MR for a award they deserve, Hopefully all works out for you and you recieve what your child deserves xx
