Honestly, she doesnt care. How she still has her job is beyond me. She is nasty in the way she speaks to people. She refuses to even look on your case file 😡

Hi, yeah i did she said the DM is currently looking at it but hasnt made a decision yet she is definitely looking at it and its not in a holding pile, Honestly just feeling like phoning every hour just don't want to be told off, especially if i get kim 😅 x

If you do get Kim you can point out your priority so she can get back in her box 😬. Have you asked for text? X

Just called to check if my youngest daughter’s forms have been scanned on yet, still nothing and it’s nearly 3 weeks! I really need things in place for August / September but the way it’s going it looking more October before I get any decision 🙄
He said he sees I have a open claim for my eldest daughter and offered to check, its with a DM now and I will receive a text in the next week, hopefully a positive outcome 🤞

They are automatically supposed to send forms 3-4 months before the child’s 3rd birthday. But I didn’t receive any so called middle of feb, then again middle of March, then reformed them end of March. Sent off 15/04 scanned 16/04.
and yes it was a COC X

she called yesterday and they said it was 1st in a pile for a DM but there wasn’t a name of who it had been allocated to. So they couldnt chase it up. She was told to call again Friday see if any updates. X

Really, thats quite a long time over a week for it to be prioritised,hope she hears soon, like I said I was prioritised yesterday morning and I rang up earlier and they said it is definitely with a DM but she hasn't made a decision yet, I'm on call again 😬 might ask for the DMs name and see what they say, they tell you different things all the time, hoping they don't need to contact school as it's school holidays and I sent evidence from her class teacher xx

Scan date 12/02. Fifteen weeks on Monday, but seeing people awarded before and after me makes me think they need to speak with other teams, as I didn't provide much information and they might ultimately decline.
I sent the form/claim all at once with the following:

• ASD report and certificate
• Speech and Language Therapist report
• SENCO from school sent their part
• Reports from school

How does your case look? Did you send all the information at once, etc.? X x

I filled the forms, SENCO from preschool did a detailed report, sent speech & language, all appointments for the hospital etc, medication list, paediatric reports & then when he got his chromosome deletion diagnosis I sent in the letter but seeing people in March being awarded makes me think it wasn't enough x

They actually said to her it could still take a few weeks when she asked for the priority. But she’s going to wait till Friday and call again if she hasn’t heard anything 🤞🏼

I’ve just had my text come through to say my child has been awarded….4 hours after I was told over the phone 🤣 but hey go atleast they did text. It can be so hit and miss wether they do or not.

@Kmcx93 they tell us all different things, they said to me it could be a few days phone on Friday, hopefully we hear soon,🤞

@Fee89 @sjm100 honestly she left me feeling so stressed out and angry at the same time a managers rang me back about 25 minutes ago and couldnt say sorry enough and said he will be looking into it and that hes going to have someone phone me tomorrow with an update as she should of atleast updated me too so we shall see xx
