Just an update my scan date 6/3, I called to confirm my extra evidence has been received she said yes and that its in a pile to be looked at and should have a decision within the next 2 weeks, very helpful lady 😁

Ooh that's same date as mine I might call them now to ask if I have time to send the pathway acceptance letter to them or not

It’s probably the same lady who I spoke to, she was lovely and told me that I would hear by the end of this month when I called last week, the month ends Friday 😂 there’s still people waiting before me and I’ve not even received the text saying we’re still looking at your claim yet, which i thought I would have received this week, I’m 15 weeks on Friday

Just got off phone to them. Nice lady really pleasant. Said waiting to go to decision maker but she has made a note of my extra evidence and that I am sending it in and said if I haven't heard anything in the next 3 weeks to give a call back.

I have just called up to check my additional evidence has arrived. The lady said it has been scanned on today and it's with the case manager.

Does anyone know how long it usually takes once it's with a case manager?

Omg that's awful, last week when I was on the phont to them I had to wait over an hour each time, it's stupid, can't believe it's been that long for you

Their the same thing some just call them dm and some cm x

How long was it before use got acknowledgement that they’d received your forms I requested on the 2nd may sent back last week I know they’ve received them because I paid for tracked traced and next day but still nothing from them
to say they’ve received them I’m more eager for this to arrive because I want to send some extra evidence soon as school and me are filling in the SCP referal forms for an autism assessment for my little girl on the 5th of June and don’t want to send this extra evidence off without knowing her reference number thanks In advance x

Really not in the mood today 😡 anything and everything has gone wrong so i refuse to take anymore bulls#%t!!!! Requested a manager calls me. Recieved text 16th stating upto 4 weeks. Apparently these texts have been sent in error but no update to correct that error. Waiting times are atleast 15 weeks. Was told notes were logged on but they havnt been logged proper. Told on Friday that mr was with a d.m and will be any day. Got told today, nope its def not and its still in holding. The lady i spoke to was lovely and totally understood why i wanted call back as it seems to be a total mess 🤦🏻‍♀️

I got my letter at 8 weeks not had anything since only when I called them

I sent mine on the 10th of may they scanned it the14th may and i recieved a letter the 18th may to say they had recieved it x

Hi all, so scan date 16/04….i got a call today to say my son has been awarded HRC again and added HRM!! I’m only on week 6!!
I asked why my claim had been processed so quickly and they said because he turns 3 next week….my sister in law who asked for priority over a week ago due to FH hasn’t even been awarded yet!
I'm definitely not complaining but i feel their system is wrong and totally unfair to those waiting for such a long time 😢 i hope it’s okay to stick around for a while to see a few more positive outcomes, especially @Matilde08 amd @Fee89 MR! Sending all the love and luck in the world to everyone still waiting 🍀💖 x

@Kmcx93 that's great they've awarded quickly. Lots of members here waiting for hrm ... what evidence did you submit please? And what hrm criteria were you successful for?

@Fee89 I received that text also but 4 weeks for me would put me at 15 weeks, but they seriously need to sort their systems out, the amount of mis-information they provide us with is ridiculous, and 30 weeks for new claim and MR is painful and for @Matilde08 who is nearing on that without an answer for her initial claim, no wonder we are all stretched past breaking point.
