I'm hoping ours was awarded yesterday. She said she was dealing with it when I spoke to her. Not heard anything yet though.

Aw sorry I misread, very happy for you. So reassuring seeing positive outcomes getting what your little ones deserve.

I haven't called yet, going to wait until exactly 15 weeks before I go for it.

What's the wait time for renewals? I've heard they just look at your claim the week/day before the old claim runs out. Is this true? Mine runs out on the 15th this month haven't heard anything not even a text

hi guys im back again ive just recieved forms for mobility as my daufgters 5 in september do i just complete the mobility part or yhe whole form it seems to be the same as the first form i filled out for dla many thanks

Hello can anybody help, I am worried my forms have been lost! I sent them off 3 weeks ago. When I rang the DLA today they said they still hadn’t been scanned yet? Is this normal? Has anyone else’s taken this long to be scanned?

I had to call- no texts throughout the whole process. Two letters. Called today and it was decided yesterday. Scan date 23/01. xx

What tends to be the best time to call. I tried a while ago but was on hold for ages. I have to go to work now so was going to try again later but don't think they'll be time between the time I get home and school pickup

I called them, I expected them to say it's still with a decision maker but she said there's a decision and bang heart dropped

I think I should call them then tomorrow as it will gonna be a week since my last call, where she told it has been marked as emergency..when decision made straight away text would be send to me.. but nothing so far. 24 weeks and 1 day. They think if I have waited so long, can wait more 🤷🏻‍♀️
