I got marked as urgent yesterday due to financial hardship and just rang and it’s at the final stages and been assigned to a decision maker. What happens next can anyone explain if they’ve been in this situation thanks

ive just called, spoke to a really lovely lady. Sounded like she was really looking into things….
she said it’s still in DM que to be looked at, but because it’s gone over the 15 weeks, she’s marked it as priority number 1, so she said hopefully they’ll pick it up and look at it next… will just have to wait and see. I’ll call back Friday…x

Ahh fingers crossed for you 🤞🏼 I spoke to a lady called Lala (I could have misheard 🤦🏼‍♀️😅) as soon as she pulled up the details, she told me about the decision. I really wasn't expecting anything today, I just couldn't wait until Friday to call 😅

Even though we've been awarded, I'll still be here in the background rooting for everyone 🙏🏼

I send further evidence off this morning but stupidly didn’t send it recorded just via first class, how long roughly until they receive it and scan it on to my sons claim?
my letter states decision in 15 weeks but after reading this forum I can see they are taking way longer than that 🤦‍♀️ X

Hi, scan date 26/01, I called again and they said it has been sent to a decision maker but doesn’t mean it’s been looked at, he said they will have a queue aswell. He said wait time is now 20 weeks. And to fall back 14th June if I don’t have a decision by then.

Must’ve been intuition telling you to call. I have a feeling mines going to be one these very long drawn out ones 😩 just adds to my anxiety. I’m literally keeping everything crossed!

Spoke to them this morning. For variety of reasons I'm not going to put on here they have put it to first which I dont know what that means but I should hear within a week or two

I am honestly fuming I have just rang again to get clarification from being told so many different things to find out they need my daughters birth certificate I'm pretty sure they could of told me this the last 4 times iv called

Hi all, my scan date is 25/01, I called yesterday and was told there is no update and to wait until 20 weeks to call back. So frustrating seeing some Feb and even March dates awarded. Feels like it's been such a long wait.

Mine is the 30/01 and I rang today and she said it’s now 20 weeks even though Monday another woman said any day now 😂 x

That’s exactly what I was told yesterday after also being told off for calling before 20 weeks. Yet last week they said any day now. I feel like ringing again today but I’ll end up being told off again 🙄😂

I would call and tell them to prioritize it seems to work with everyone else

Congrats on awards everyone finding out this week and good news ❤️ and sending hugs for those that didn't get what they deserved and now facing a longer battle ahead. Scan date 6/2 the wait continues this end and so feel for any January people waiting as well! It seems to be the most random system in regards of claims being looked at and not necessarily in order of date recieved

@LoisDaniellex yep I was tempted to call back at some point this week but I know I'll get a telling off lol x
