No hun, going to give them the benefit of the doubt and wait until 3pm like I was told. If nothing, then I will be calling a minute past 3! xx

No i wasn’t turned down I was accepted 1st time and got HRC award but he is 3 and we was awarded no mobility I’m trying to fight for HRM and appealed the mobility side under SMI I have to restrain him he is extremely violent no sense of danger a danger to himself and others and extremely delayed over 1-2 years behind where he should be I sent letter from school 2 paediatrician reports speech and language report and the acceptance of Autism pathway hope this helps x

My scan date is 26/01 and I called for the very first time on Friday (15 weeks) and was told pretty much that same as you - if I dont hear anything by the 14th of June to call. I'm going to be calling every Friday, I think until there's a decision made 🤔 😅

Hi my scan date for my daughter is 6th march. Phoned up and its in the holding que. Weather or not thats true is a different matter. The problem iv got is she needs her own things and cant share or touch other peoples things and its costing a fortune. Im not very well myself atm but dont know what to say to them. Any ideas? Tia x

Sometimes sending freepost takes ages. My extra evidence took over 3 weeks to be scanned. But I’ve seen others since on a date and it not be scanned for about 6 weeks later

I sent extra evidence 1st class and 5 week later they still hadn’t received it so I sent it recorded and they did. Did you take photos and copy’s of your form

I sent extra evidence 29th April and received it 30th (Special delivery) and it's still not on my case file, honestly they are useless

Parking scan date 22.1.24 been with decision maker since 8th may phoned this morning was told to call again in 2 weeks ☹️ youngest smashed tv so hoping to be awarded to replace what he's broke.

scan date 25/1, called Friday said no update and holding Que still, called just now he said it’s with a decision maker. I know it can take a few weeks but I’ve mostly seen its days once with a DM. Fingers crossed, il be calling back tomorrow…again 😭 so nervous

@Fee89 I hope your MR goes quickly and you get the results you want! He has also been awarded until his 17th birthday, I think I'm definitely going to fight it. He's a type 1 diabetic so night times are still the exact same so I can't work out why they've now put him on MRC. He's also now just been diagnosed with autism so there's also that now added to it! Xx

This is what worries me. I sent extra evidence 22nd April, it was delivered the next morning at 6am, then sent further evidence Thursday last week and it was delivered Friday morning again, but I’ve not got it in me to ring them and ask when it will be added to my file and even if the first lot has been added yet.
scan date 9/2 so close to my date but now worrying they may not scan the extra evidence on, but I’m so nervous about ringing them. I wish this bloody system was online

Our scan date 6/2 and only rang for first time last week and the man would not even take reference number to check anything and seemed so cross I had called so definitely put me off trying again. I wanted to ask as seen alot of you have had text messages with outcome and updates etc.. But I have never received a text only a couple of letters confirming they had forms and we are still looking at claim. will this mean I won't receive a text at all if awarded or not and have to wait for letter as not had previous text throughout ?

Exactly the same. She is type 1 diabetic. Up every night with her. Shes on asd & adhd pathway. I feel they just saw diabetic and thought screw everything these. She is supervised 24.7. Even at school she has a one to one x

Honestly I know this is what worries me as they said should be going to a decision maker this week and really wanted it on in time so sending it again today special delivery just incase they have bloody lost it and some mericle it goes on

I wonder why it take them so long to get it if not recorded. Do you think they prioritize opening those? I do have copies of all the evidence just not what the sendco and teacher wrote on the actual form which is annoying. X

What SMI rules please, my son is almost 3 I didn’t think you could apply for the mobility side until the age of 5. My son doesn’t walk has hyper mobility.

Also hoping for HRM for a 3.5 year old, it’s not looking hopeful 🥺 I think it’s daft under 5s are refused more they still have the same struggles regardless of age

i spoke to somebody who said it’s been with a decision maker since my scan date and I knew that wasn’t right and asked her to put me through to someone else, the next person said it hasn’t been allocated to anyone and apologised for her colleague giving false information. Ask to speak to someone else hun x

I just received a text saying they still looking at the claim 5/02, 14 weeks today
