Decision made a day before 16 weeks. No payment yet but received letter in the post today!

Hiya I’ve been waiting a while myself it’s been verified but been with a decision maker for 4 weeks to approve back pay. It’s been 5 weeks upto now since updating.

No worries ❤️ Hopefully not long for us now its almost 16weeks

Guys, I need one of you to take my phone off me 😭
I called again because I just felt something wasn't right with the call this morning. He put me on hold and then told me his pc wasn't loading so only had limited access.
So I called again and got through to Billie, she was lovely and sounded like she was in a call centre, all the others I have had have been silent in the background.
Anyway she said it's with a DM and being looked at right now.
Omg I actually feel even more sick now 🤣
She said feel free to call back whenever I want for a update/decision.
I'm going to try and hold out til wednesday x

Was only about a week the element was added to this months statement but then they said waiting for decision maker for back pay and no timescale hoping it’s not too much longer x

Honestly it’s a joke u think the waits over when dla make a decision but uc seem to be just as bad x

Hi my scan date is 19 Jan I rang today lovely girl answered said she was going to flag it to see what's going on my DD took biggest meltdown while I was on phone so needed to get off quick didn't get chance to question her about it does anyone know what that means please thanks

Question… so scan date I believe is 10/01 no decision but I need to move bank accounts can I call them to give new details or would I need to wait? I’ve moved everything else over UC and CB x

@Emzi538 I think they just say 20 weeks to cover themself incase d.m needs more time/info. It does seem they are reducing waiting times.

@Waiting1901 Flagged up could mean anything from checking its still in holding pile to giving d.m nudge to get on with your claim.

I can't at 9am tomorrow, I have patients 🤣 but might do at 1pm on my lunch 🤣

@Fee89 @Matilde08 so the manager called me back I don’t remember her name she was lovely. She said she requested the NI number for me TODAY!!! I can’t believe it all the call handlers I spoke to said they requested the NI number on the 18th March!! She said it was miscommunication and she requested it for me today. Honestly the call handlers are liars! So upset that his application has just been sitting there for months and not moving forward. If I didn’t request the manager and let them just fob me off with ‘waiting for NI’ it would probably be the same shit for amother month.
hopefully things will move forward now, said it shouldn’t be anymore than 10days from now. If I don’t hear by then to give a call.
I really don’t want to call again

6months since scan date today. Unreal. Has anyone waited 6months or longer!

Had a missed call off them ive rang back got through in 14 minutes and she said she cant see a note on the system as to what they phoned for so just to waite and see if they try to call again but shes now said MR are taking minimum 12 weeks to be fully re looked at im not sure i can cope knowing someones been looking at it but may not have an anser any time soon not long and we'll be hitting on the year mark from calling for the forms 🤦‍♀️
