Scan date 4/1. I've just got off the phone and all that the lady said was that no decision has been made, and it will probably take 20 weeks. I'm getting so frustrated that every time I call they say something completely different. It really feels like each person is just making it up as they go along. I feel like I could call back again right now and be told something else entirely.
Last week I was told it was with a DM and I should know within a week, and later in the week I was told that it wasn't with a DM yet but it would be on Monday. Are the call handlers even looking up the claim? Why is there no consistency in what they are saying? I'd rather not be told anything than being constantly told different things.
