Hi I'm new to the thread 👋 scan date 17/01. I think it will be a decline though as I didn't put much information in the form. Only found out after how difficult it is to claim. Had a letter from the consultant confirming adhd so thought this would be sufficient ☹️

@RayahB it still well might be . Did you add who knows the child ?I think if they don’t get lots of evidence they go down that route ! From having children with SEN and working with them that’s what I’ve seen . I work in education and we have a few kids who’s applied for DLA successfully without them contacting us at school ! I think if you have the diagnosis proof and have filled out needs then it’s self explanatory that you do meet the criteria . Don’t know if the DM’s all think this way ! Good luck !
