I rang them and the woman on the phone told me not to worry about it because the DM looks at the medical reports and so it would be fine, if I get declined because of it then then I'm putting a complaint in. Hopefully she is right although my faith in them diminishes a little more everytime see different people being told different things xx

No update for me, apparently it’s not with a dm yet so I’ll just going to wait until May to call again😖

And it's not even with a dm?! I would ring back Friday, although I guess May is next week but I'm sure I read on here that they update the system on Fridays xx

Oh..thanks... just wondered as suddenly some of January's been awarded.

Scan date o8/01 so after all the decisions today I decided to call.

Awarded low rate mobility and middle rate care until 2029.

For reference my daughter has a diagnosis of ADHD and Autism and is 6. We don't get any masking behaviour at school which I think probably helped in the decision making as she has numerous meltdowns, a 1 to 1 teaching basis and only does half a day.

Just got through after 29mins. Rang to see if they had recieved the forms. Posted 23rd March....scan date 05/04....she said theyre currently taking 15 weeks. Xx

Just called for an update even though I only phoned yesterday but can't help myself now I know it's with decision maker 😫

It's sad how these guys who work on the phone really have no clue about timescales. Guy I spoke to today, I think he said his name was Safa? Literally said 'don't know how long it will be, maybe 2 weeks, I don't know the timescales, but it's with a decision maker now so they will contact you soon' 🤦‍♀️😂

Gonna try and not call again until Friday I think 🙈

I called them yesterday and have been told by very unchatty slow motion male voice our claim is with decision maker, if nothing back in following 2 weeks, call them again. I'm trying to be patient and wait at least another week and then call. But seeing so many awards today but by finding out on phone, makes me anxious -what if-
