Good luck to those waiting! 14 weeks for us today... not calling.. have school runs then driving lesson before picking up dd from preschool lol ... I reckon I have at least another 4-6 week wait so gonna try make sure I'm too busy to call them lol

Ok so I called sent the forms the 18th of march scan date the 28th march told it will be anything up to the 15th august said there was a note but then just went oh no that’s ok just double checking it has been appointed so if you don’t here anything by the 15/8 to call back. 20 weeks from scan date. Shocked the length time it takes but I suppose they must be overrun with claims. Good luck all.

I was thinking last night - imagine how easier this would be if it was an online app type of system? One where we could upload documents, evidence, add extra information etc and check for updates etc.

Good morning 💐 wish you all a lovely day and some well deserved awards/decisions 🤞🏻 taking my little one to eye test, it's always challenging as he's super sensitive to bright lights and having allergic eye condition..but bless him, always tries his best even when I see it takes a lot from him.

Seems to be a good number of people on the Facebook dla pages getting awarded for scan dates 5th and 6th Jan 🎉🎉

Quick question, I know DLA pay on a Tuesday but is that the same for the backpay? Keep checking my bank account as a way of seeing if I've been awarded but now wondering if that's pointless since it wouldn't go in till Tuesday 😅

I think back pay can be any day mon-fri?

I called the other day and they had said to check in again on Friday as mine is with a DM from last Friday. My scan date is 04/01 so fingers crossed good news by Friday!

I feel like from what I've been told in comparison to what others have been told, you don't know which one of those call handlers are actually telling the truth xx
