Honestly from reading all these threads (my saviour!xx) it seems that its all pot luck for the majority unless severe urgency or needs. The different answers seem to vary from call handler with some with DM, some in a pile, then back to another pile, then waiting somewhere..possibly for a bus? Then 15 weeks, then end of the weekm then others told a flat out 20 weeks, which I imagine is in their script as the timeframe the claim should have been handled.
