Can be done the same day they say up to 2weeks though I think they have so many cases given to DM at once

Thats great xx they were so quick. Some people wait for weeks. I sent them a message on Friday last week and I called as well. Nothing so far 😢

That's how I felt seeing jan dates so I had to ring 🤣
We've seen on here they send texts, so I don't know why they all say different things.
I feel sick that it's now with a DM although if I call Friday they'll probably tell me it's not 🤣

They make up their own story depending on their mood i think x

Mines meant to have gone to a DM 22/03 that's 3 weeks this Friday. So I think it really is just luck of the draw whose pile you land on.

I haven’t today. Going to leave it this week I think. As soon as child benefit is in place I’ll be on their case though 😄 xx

Sorry to be dense but what number are you calling on? The number I called didn’t seem to correspond with the number options someone gave up thread. One option was for if you haven’t heard back about your claim after 20 weeks. I’m on 17 and a half weeks so maybe I should just wait 🤷🏻‍♀️.

When i rang this morning i listened to all options and non stated the 20 week wait. But i done 1523 x

And did you get a different answer with a different call handler? Knew I'd seen her name on her before and she wasn't favourable lol as soon as she said Kim I thought oh no!!

Just had a message to say it's all been verified, so took 7 days from me telling them about award,
It's now with a decision maker to be backdated x

With it been verified you can ring and get a change of circumstance advance not many people no about them x

Can someone advise what address I can send extra evidence to? I can’t help myself and I keep thinking what if, so I’m just going to send the little extra evidence and confirmation my sons been referred for autism, but I want to send it so it gets signed for etc.

Dont stress yourself out too much. I used the address from a letter i had recieved to send extra info x

Use the one on the letter you have photocopy what you’re sending keep the originals and send special delivery via Royal Mail that way you can check they’ve signed for it

Got proof of delivery from Dean in Wolverhampton. How long is it usually from actual delivery to them processesing it in some way?
