Wow that's a joke. Did you ask the other call handler when it went to DM? She told me today its with DM I asked when ut went she said the 10th xx

does anyone know how long it takes for the disabled child element to get backdated for uc?? I wrote them a message on the journal no one got back to me yet

I'v had Kim. Shes a barrel of laughs isnt she 😐. She was so rude when i spoke to her. Refused to look into the system properly for me. I think @kristie198 has had Kim aswell. All il say is dont believe what Kim tells you x

Scan date 19/12. Just got off phone it's with decision maker but no notes on system so she said that means it hasn't been looked at yet and to give it a week before calling back because they're allocated loads at the same time.

You could be waiting weeks, depends how quickly the work coach gets back to you. You could always ring just to make them aware that you have put somthing on your journal x

Ok, I did call them and they said it hasn’t been verified yet. They also said since it hasn’t been verified yet that the disabled child element wont be added to this month’s statement 😳 so I have to wait until the next assessment period.

Although I'm sure if I'd have quoted that to Kim she wouldn't have been pleased! Anywho onwards and upwards it's not a decline she did say no decision made yet so will run with that for now!! Ok, so I caved in and called. Got Veronica. She said mine was sent to a DM on 8/4 and I should hear something by the 22/4.
I asked for a text and she said they don't usually send them it's usually a letter stating 'why they came to that decision with the claim' I didn't like how she worded it like that🤣 but she said no decision has been made.
Ohhh I feel sick 🤢

Seeing January dates make me so nervous 😬 . Call Back on friday as no doubt they will say 'yes text can be done' 😂 x

Just the work coach I messaged in the morning then in the afternoon I had a reply saying theyve updated my statements and told me my back payment and told me when it will go in I was pleasantly surprised at how quick it was done xx

How long does it take from being with a decision maker? Found out mines with one but not looked at yet. Getting nervous!
