Got through after an hour😮‍💨 the guy said there is nothing on the system and I should wait for 5 weeks before thinking it’s been lost 🙁

Congratulations for the awards. Looks like most of December dates are now being looked at! Eeekk… I am going to contact my son’s teacher to tell her they may contact her. The CoC was on her advice so I am sure she will be supportive.

Scan date 22/12 was told Friday it was already with the DM but not sure from when. Called this morning he said "It's already been processed. We're just waiting for the decision now. You should find out between 12/4 and 10/5 but feel free to ring whenever you want to check" whatever that actually means is anyone's guess lol

Does that mean its still with the DM then?

I want to ring but I literally only phoned yesterday 😂😂😂 No patience, I should probably just wait

Good knows knows what it really means haha he counted the weeks told me the latest I'd know by (10/5) so I asked has no decision been made yet and he said its already been processed were just waiting for the decision now you'll find out between Friday and 10/5. I asked if I could have a text he said yes but we'll send a letter anyway. Reading between the lines you could freak that's it's a decline but I've seen this a few times and they've had the text or payment within a few days so who knows!

I think he could have ment it's with DM right now I wouldn't worry 🥰

It means the dm has finished with it but it’s not showing on the call handlers system what the decision is yet, I would call back later I’m sure they will have the decision to tell you by then

Yeah I kind of take what they say with a pinch of salt lol I told them the reason I'd called is I've a UC meeting and they're pushing me for 35 working hours, not strictly a lie lol and he did say feel free to ring up as many times as you need to. So I'm not worrying it's a decline, as if he knew that information why tell me to keep calling whenever I wanted lol Just really don't want to get stuck on hold for hours like Friday just to be cut off, although I do feel the decision could now be made between the morning an afternoon at this point but hey ho!

Haha I try not to read between the lines, after lurking on here since early January I've seen people worried about a decline in the morning to receive a text within hours. I've seen people so confident in their evidence be gobsmacked at a decline. I've come to realise whatever will be will be, I've sent everything I can and it'll go one way or the other. But they better sure as shit believe I'll fight it all the way for what my child deserves!!
