@MimiRae so sorry to hear 🙁 do an mr and go to tribunal if you have to. You know your child best and in tribunal they are on the side of the parents. Definitely speak to your senco and ask what was said. Also ask her to write a letter of his additional needs and send it in with your mr. Xx

Scan date 15/12- was told on Thursday it was being looked at that day so I'm ringing on my break today 🤦🏻‍♀️

I feel so deflated! Waiting 18 weeks (nearly half a bloody year) to be told it’s a decline! I run my own business of 12 years that I can barely keep going right now because I’m up all through the night with him and his behaviour is so mentally and physically draining. God I could cry today! I will do a MR though! Maybe tomorrow when I’m feeling better xx

Yeah the 18th. Although the man yesterday told me I was the 19th 🤷‍♀️

Do UC backdate from when awarded or does the UC element just start from when you tell them? Scan 06/02 but just want to be prepared x
