Well done on all the awards today ☺️ there’s been loads. How many Nov and Dec scan dates are still waiting for decision?

I’m 17/11 🙄 xx

That is an auto message that everyone gets when they call. It is to do with the new benefit rates that change every April. It has caused confusion for alot of people.

I can't believe the waiting time for some,
my scan date is way behind most here 6/2. I mean backpay is great but do they consider some people in our situation have had to give up our jobs and this choice is obviously the absolute last resort. How do they expect people to cope in the meantime. Just an added stress to what we already face daily, so unfair.

My thoughts exactly, I've been out of work 3 months caring for my daughter sent off the forms march 7th and haven't had any acknowledgement I tried to call but kept getting told I went to the wrong department so gave up, hope I hear something soon 🙄

Lovely to see so many deserving awards for your children. Haven't seen many 'declines' which is really reassuring as I don't think I could face waiting longer for a MR.
Still another while yet for us, 06.02 but doesn't stop me checking continuously.

same scan date 06/02.x

letter states decision in 15 weeks. Is this realisitic? I can see others are saying 20 weeks?

Yes that letter needs updating, when you call they will tell you it's 20 wks which is now in effect as of 2024. DWP need to update those automated letters as it causes confusion which is why you have to call them for the clarification...

Brichy95 · 25/06/2024 12:52

Just called and he was awarded HRC yesterday for 2 years! Over the moon and feel it’s the correct award for him
