2 hours!! Jesus I'm 50 minutes deep right now, but I'm totally invested at this point! Lost my mind a bit this morning and pressed the short option by accident. I've done it right now so I'll be damned if I hang up!

So many I bet. The whole system needs an overhaul. I read somewhere that they decline Upto 50 percent of claims. Unbelievable

You do the wait for dla. Then you have to do the wait for uc as I’m seeming some ppl wait mouths for that to be sorted as well 😕

Yeah i read that too about the claim success rate. I have also read somewhere (i don't know whether its true) that the caseworkers have to decline a certain amount a month.

Yes and many people get put off doing an mr or going to tribunal coz it takes so long

Filling in the form and gathering all your documents together is alot of work, then to be declined, people just think “sod it”

If no one has got back to you within a week ring universal credit they have to get a case manager ring you back by 5pm the next day they will rush it along

Thank I will ring nxt Friday if they do not get back to me. Will it say in letter dla send when my nxt pay meant day will be? I no they send backdate payment now but just wondering does everyone get paid on same day each month? Xx

Round about 3/4weeks time mine have been thus way I could be wrong with yours x

15/12 - no update for me today.. was hopeful all day as I've seen so many with my scan date be awarded 😭 got a feeling I'm in for the long haul!

I sent both the form and extra info by recorded next day feel delivery before 1pm. Anywho on my royal mail app it gives you a photo as proof of feel over. Good ol' Dean signed both times roughly 5am and the pile of a4 envelopes were at least 1ft tall both times. And that's just the next day recorded delivery!! I think recorded and the freepost address are handled separately as most people sending recorded are on the system that day

Same scam date as me, I’ve been hopeful all week 🙁

@TheHeadOfTheHouse I rang yesterday and the lady I spoke to said mine had moved out of DMs pile and has gone into their working batch .. she said they have to work through dates so she advised me to check my bank daily next week to keep eye out for payment.. which is going to make my anxiety worse because no payment could mean a decline 😢
