Yeah I tried this morning at 9 but after the English or Welsh option it just kept cutting off so when it did eventually work I pressed the wrong button but didn't realise until after. It's annoyed me all day because he wasn't frosty but didn't really give anything away. Promised myself I wouldn't do this but at least I'm not wondering all weekend

The weekend is the issue 😂 it was like that for me kept cutting me off then decided to work alls of a sudden lol x

Well at exactly 2 hours 0 minutes and 0 seconds of got cut off 🙄

Well he did in the end he kept putting me on hold I rang the quick way which I don't think the call handlers there are as good as the other way he said it's top priority my DM is of sick so it's gone to another DM I said could u tell me if she has a nino yet he said hold on let me ask so he put me on hold again he then came back and said he said it is it will be on top of her letter but I don't believe a word he said xx

I don’t know what that means when it’s gone from a decision makers pile to their working batch?

I asked this yesterday
Apparently it gets assigned to DM but just sits in a holding pile
Then when the DM is finished with the batch they are working through they get the next batch to work on
I don't know how true it is as I am constantly told different things 😂

Hope you get awarded soon. Same date as mine and I rang this morning they made a decision yesterday. I was confident it was going to get declined due to not anuff evidence.

19/12 still waiting. Called yesterday and they said it's not even with a DM yet

I rang two days ago and it wasnt with decision maker and still in holding pile. I told them I would like a text when it’s been awarded or not she added it to the system and today got awarded so it should come through soon fingers crossed! X

22/12 with a DM was told it should be soon, but also it could take up to 20 weeks (10th May)
