I rang and said it was with decision maker hoping someone can tell me how long I may have to wait! ...... I'm with u on the 101 questions lol

@mrsclarke89 I can imagine, my niece has the same issues, the only difference is she doesn't attend school and receives HRC, it doesn't make sense sometimes, and definitely think a different DM will see that they were wrong. x

I really hope so :( hope you get somewhere too. Another 8 week wait. X

@mrsclarke89 My MR confirmation letter stated MRs were taken 11 weeks but I'm at week 4 now so at least nearly half way there x

Im wondering can i still write a letter in response to decision even when I have submitted over the phone? X

Ah what a headache for you after waiting so long. Keep fighting for what your child is entitled too. How old are they?

@Shabutie hes 3 so might be why but with the evidence to highlight extra care it clearly demonstrated hes not a normal 3 year old. X

@mrsclarke89 Yes you can, that's what I did, I wrote a paragraph explaining that my daughter masks heavily in school and it has been heavily documented that girls get left behind and missed because they hide who they are to fit in.

Ok ill do that and I think im going to get a charactor reference as well for him from grandad parents who care for him when I need a break for more evidence x

scan date was 23/11
Never received text just got money in the bank today £1235.80 .Can someone please tell me what my son was awarded bit unsure.

I’ve worked this out as middle rate care.

£68 a week for 18 weeks

Scan date 26/1

Received second letter today to apologise for the delay, and it is taking up to 15 weeks for a decision. No texts as of yet. Just 2 letters to date

Yeah I was thinking the same . Thank you for your reply. Does anyone know if I can appeal the mobility does that mean they will only look at that component or will they look at the whole award ? Son really struggles with moving around don’t know why he was never awarded he is only 3 .

@CornishMama2 I've finally found a scan date buddy! I tried to call today but I ran out of time. Hopefully the next week or two. The fear of a decline is the worst after all this waiting x
