Omg this is a joke … so I called again on the 5-1-2 method , got straight through but then they transferred me to someone. Maybe I jumped normal queue as I was on hold for two minutes and then a lady picked up…. this lady told me I was with a decision-maker?! I don’t really know what to believe because I queried her and she said yes it’s in the holding queue and I’m like is that the general holding queue, but she said it was with a decisionmaker who knows what’s going on!! It wasn’t with a DM when I spoke to someone this morning… or was it?! Who knows!!??

@mummyto3littlebeautys how did you get this diagnosed? I also think my little one should be diagnosed too... he's diagnosed with Autism and global delay from young age x

Just called using 521! Got through straight away. Got told a decision has been made but she’s not able to see the decision and I’ll have to wait for the letter….is that bad!?

How long is the wait normally once with a decision maker? I’ve just been informed ours is with one currently

they just said the same thing to me. A decision was made today and to wait for the letter, she 'couldnt' tell me what the decision was, im thinking its a decline now! anyone had heard the same thing and been awarded?! im stressing now, wish i never called 🤣

Ive just called back on the 521 and they put me through to someone else, who was able to tell me. We've been awarded middle rate.

@Aussielover he had to have an intellectual disability assessment and it came back he’s got severe! He’s also got autism too. X

Yes I did, but it was worse knowing a decision had been made but not knowing if it was an award or not 🙈 so had to call back for my sanity

the manager on Friday said it would be applied for Friday after our call and would be through Monday - it should only take 24hrs or so to process an NI number once applied for! X

That's what I thought coz when I googled it it says 24hrs due to the nature of the claim but God knowes what dla are playing at

She mentioned the 9th would be the first payment. I think the 521 people can only see limited information. But it's stills quicker than the other number as they put me straight through to someone who could help.

Do you all wana hear a laugh?! It really bothered me all day today after I rang this morning, so last week it was with a DM, today it wasn't, then received that txt, so rang again using 512 and got through instantly, & he said it's definitely with a DM and he doesn't know why I was told it wasn't, the mystery of the DLA saga continues 😂😂😂😂😂
