22/11 so dnt think it’s gona have moved but I didn’t get a text like others around my date so I’m curious about that 🤔

Hi, has anybody been successful with a claim for extremely poor mental health for their child, ie, severe anxiety, depression, self h*rm, panic attacks in public spaces etc,
I included all drs referrals, camhs letters, hospital visits as supporting evidence,
Forms were received 7/12

Just called and got message saying end of April . . Gives you the option to hold if you wish to speak to an advisor .

The message about rates is because most "benefits" are increasing in April so its just letting people know that they will get letters advising of the new rates. I guess so the lines aren't jammed more than they already are.

New tax year starts in April, that’s why the message says a letter will tell you what new payment rates are. Unrelated to new claims, I think 🤔
