The guy who answered sounded like he was new. He said I’m due to hear by end of March. I asked about the text messages and how other people around my scan date have recieved texts today and I didn’t. He said no one gets texts unless they got awarded 🤣😬
I have two claims so surely I would have got one text at least?! I got a text 22nd Jan and I think that was in error as one of my letters says 13th oct (date I called) but it’s on their system for 22/11 which is correct.
oh at the start of the call, he goes did u submit extra evidence, I said yes, he goes there might be a delay due to that… really?!?!?!

@Shaf89 yeah he sounds like he didn’t have a clue aha I only received my text today technically not 15 weeks till Wednesday so I rekon you’ll have your text by end of the week to at least say they’re still loookong at it hopefully we hear something soon the wait is awful x
