My post office said exactly the same to me! That they couldn't do special or give proof of postage because it was a freepost address! It was so weird.

Ive woken to £2197.05 DLA in my bank.

I don’t have a clue what rates we’ve been awarded?
Also I rang last Thursday and Monday this week and told it wasn’t even with the CM/DM and to wait until April!!
So I’m really confused. Has anyone else had this??

I feel bad posting this because I know how disheartening it can be when you’re still waiting and someone’s awarded - although happy for the person.

Has anyone had a renewal done recently? If so how long did this take and do they prioritise? I received the wrong forms in the post, sent COC rather than renewal. Filled them out sent them back to then be told when I rung 10-12 weeks later that I'd have to refill them all out. I received forms 3 weeks ago, only just sent them today. As you all know its not a 5 minute job and my daughters needs are complex. My renewal is due 24th March, do they backdate with renewals if they don't process them in time?

Hi! I have the same scan and very similar sounding circumstances. I have been sending hospital letters and nursery reports in as supporting documentation. I hope the DLA assessment team have access to medical records as I don’t have anything to show that my daughter has low muscle tone and how unsteady that she is when walking. I’ve got a physio appointment letter that I’ve sent in

Im tempted to phone today, but I’m worried it’s a decline.
I’m second guessing myself, if I wrote enough or sent enough evidence. I was told on Friday it was with DM (I have phoned before and was told with DM and then waiting for DM).

Keeping everything crossed for you both - and everyone else.

All I sent in was peadtitican letter, CAHMS letter and list of new referrals done, so I didn’t think I would get it with so little evidence.

Im not sure if they’d contact the specialists/GP? He did attend a special needs nursery but is mainstream now but more apparent ND the older he’s becoming (7).

I'm now in a que my scan dates not till 17/11 but I want to know how it's going 😂

Hopefully you hear soon, they seem to be getting through November quite quick from some of the dates I’ve seen

I’ve just phoned and got straight through and was told a completely different thing! Scan date 10/11 but I sent further evidence later. At first she said did you send further evidence around Christmas? I said no I sent it end of Nov. She said yes we’ve got it. I asked if I’m still in a holding pile and she said we’re still doing October claims and yours is a December claim. I said I thought my scan date was 10/11 and last week I was told I was in ‘1st holding pile’ and she said I don’t know why you was told that or how they know but let me check. Yes your further evidence was scanned in 4/12 so you’ve got another 6-8 weeks to find out!?!?

Fingers crossed but I'm like you starting to second guess myself on whether I've sent enough evidence it's been that long I can't remember

Just got through, it's with a CM but wouldn't tell me anything else. Hopefully not much longer

15/11 too. Absolutely no clue what’s going on! It can’t be in date order as I was told the other day if a December one is with a case manager already. I wonder if they change the story every time to try and stop people calling 🤔

Mine is Dec, and has been sent to a case manager.

I finally got through they couldn't find her on the system so I've just had to find the letter I received with her ref number on and I'm in a que again 😂

Oh blimey!!! I have far too much time on my hands. I’m on maternity leave with no car access at the moment. I painted my bedroom yesterday to try and keep my mind occupied from it all 🤣
