After seeing posters say 16 weeks I called for an update on mine (16 weeks yesterday). She said still in the pile and it's taking up to 20 weeks.

When I queried others being told it was now 16 weeks she actually laughed and said "I don't know where you've heard that". Really annoyed me. Wish they would just stick to an actual time frame instead of being told all different things.

@TheClassicCollection thankyou for the update they tell us all what we want to hear sometimes I think it’s all annoying hopefully you’ll hear something in the next 2 weeks people are getting awarded between 18-20 weeks at minute

@SamBusyMam I think we must have the same DM, I’m 12/10 and was still with a DM when I phoned last week. No idea how long it’s been with one for, apparently they couldn’t see on the system anything other than it was with a DM. 🤞🏻 taking their time means good news!

@Emma2345 he said he is emailing mail team and the dm and that he doesnt know why none of the other people i spoke to didnt look in to it as they all put notes on my claim, im going to get it all photocopyed again just incase as will be my luck it will hold it all up. X

@Tiredmummy1235 i was shocked to be honest as others with earlier dates have said they are in holding piles, but he said ill mark it as urgent as its with a dm so befor the end of the call i said so it is with a dm now is it he said yes, they just need to find my evidence now 🤣🤣 ill still be sitting hear on thread 50 x

@bonz2023 im the 10/11 15 weeks friday from scan date 20 weeks yesterday since called for the forms.x im prob just in another holding pile the dms holding pile lol, but he just said its with a dm x

@Geordiemam33 let us know!! I’m 2/11 x I called yday and was told it would be with DM by end of week

@Sunflower1808 that’s good least he is going to make DM aware and yes some can’t wait to get you off the phone quick enough glad you had a nice one who actually wanted to help find out where it is and why it hasn’t been uploaded to system x

I only called today as @Emma2345 has her evidence got scanned in 3 days but mines been 4 weeks i was going to wait untill friday but saw emmas post and called 🙈 glad i called tho as he is looking in to it x

@bonz2023 oh it totally is. They don’t care on the phone only two nice people I have ever spoke to with them. The others just can’t wait to get you off the phone.
