Have called up and they are waiting for daughter’s birth certificate to be scanned on which was sent 12/02 claim on hold until received. Sent recorded so I can see they’ve received it
How Long have people been waiting for info to be scanned on system

I'm 15 weeks on Thursday and only had 2 letters no texts

With my son ge was awarded on the Thursday and the backpack was in my account the following Tuesday could have been the Wednesday but it was at most 4 days (not including the weekend)

@Reid13 im at 4 weeks so far 🙄🙈 and its still not on, sent it special delivery and can see it got there and was signed for with a photo x

just got through to a really lovely lady she said it’s now with a dm and shouldn’t be long at all if I don’t revive a text befor Friday hopefully they can tell me over phone by then and all applications are going through a lot quicker than expected hope this helps anyone waiting with close scan date to mine xx

@Sunflower1808 oh wow 4 weeks I may have a wait then it’s just frustrating knowing the claims on hold until received I’ll call back Friday to check and follow your posts to see when yours is scanned on Good Luck

@Reid13 but i have seen some peoples be scanned in a few days. The system definitely needs sorting 🙈🙈x

Hi, I'm currently trying to get through on the phone for an update, this is the 4th time I've rang since yesterday and every time I've been waiting for an hour it cuts off 😩 my scan date is 15/10 and I've had two letters and a text on the 29/01 to say they were still looking at the claim. How long roughly has anyone waited on the phone to get through? I'm not sure whether to knock it on the head and just keep waiting for a letter but it's so frustrating 🙁

My scan date is 2/01 but they requested my son’s birth certificate so I sent it on the 11/01. I keep calling to make sure it’s been received one lady was really nice and said there’s a back log of mail to the beginning of December the other lady was quite rude and said that if it was there it would have been scanned already. I’m on hold now to find out.

@SamBusyMam i called yesterday was on hold for 45 minuets someone answered but I couldn’t hear them I’m 30 minutes on hold now I will let you no if I manage to get thru x

@LondonMum1989 you must have had the womam i had last week 🙈🙈🤣 had one the week before say theres a back log but one last week was rude as hell x let us know how you get on im going to call at some point this week i sent my evidence the 23/01x

Received an extra payment of £617.40 in the bank this morning which I believe is 14 weeks of the difference between LRM & HRM (£44.10)

@LondonMum1989 11/1 yeah I have a wait then. Let me know how you get on then I’ll have a rough idea. Yes some of the call handlers can be quite stroppy

Just got through at 57 minutes so didn't get cut off this time 😂 said it was with a DM and I should hear from them by the middle of March for a decision.

Same scan date as me so hopefully mines with yours 😂 I rang Friday and wasn’t with DM at that point, she told me mid march 😭 starting to think we’re a decline tbh

@Justanotherboymum89 hope yours in my pile mine wasn’t with a dm Friday either so hopefully ours went to a lovely fast dm that’s gonna be nice and fast keep me updated lovely x

I just got through my evidence was sent Friday received yesterday and it’s already on the system they said I’m at 13 weeks so another 3 weeks will go to Case manager and then between week or 2 for a decision could be quicker unless they need more information x

@Emma2345 when i rang on the 24/jan the man told me that i rang the next week , pretended thats why i was calling to see if it was on and a quick update and they said it wernt on 🤣🤣 4 weeks today and fri wasnt still on may have to call today to see x
