UC backpay has been sorted today.

@Sunflower1808 Thankyou for letting me no ,, makes me feel better and hopeful of them awarding me I filled loads in and worded it very well and skwl filled the someone else who knows the child part I’ve sent 2 paediatrician reports he is very delayed too and proof of referral to SCP ( for an autism assessment ) and waiting for speech and language report to send that off too I put about him being physically violent and he doesn’t sleep and attacks his brother and sister biting them and leaving marks school backed all the violence up and even mentioned when tired in school he will struggle to fall asleep which again is good cos he doesn’t sleep at home and he screams and attacks or bites staff and children at nursery to my boy is only 2 tho he isn’t 3 until march which is why I’m a bit worried they may put it all down to age and refuse x

currently along side you all with the dreaded wait, rang 8/11, scanned 12/12, sent a 33 page private diagnosis of autism for my 5 year old, here's hoping, apparently in a queue for a DM, that's probably 100 light years long 😂 here's hoping 🤞

Called today and says in holding queue for case manager, does that mean it could be a few more weeks yet. X

@Sunflower1808 thankyou hun soon as I no al let you no I doubt I will hear till at least end of March begining of April I called for forms 13/11 and scan date was 22/11 x

@Petal45 more then likely because they've told me that & they only scanned mines 10 weeks ago 🤯

I'm totally confused through as she said I was 16 weeks yesterday but my forms didn't get scanned till the 29th so thats 12 weeks yesterday, don't think they actually know anything tbh 🤔 good luck all

Can I just check is scanned date the same as the date you get on the first letter you received?

@Petal45 the letter I got last week said 15 weeks for a decision, but yet when I rang to see if they received and scanned my son diagnosis ( was sent separate like 2 weeks ago or so ) they said 18 weeks, then told me 20 weeks when I rang to update details on Monday just gone 😂

@Keepgoing88 scanned date is the date they receive your application and scan it on to their system 🙂

Silent watcher here, scan date 8/12.
I called today just to see how long they'd tell me I've got to wait, I got through after an hour and a half wait.. He said I'm looking at 17 weeks in total for a decision.

Just a long waiting game isn't it 😴

Scan date 02/11 was reading some info on the FB page for DLA ect! My daughter has been issued an EHCP 3 Weeks ago sent of further evidence ect she has traits of ASD/ADHD speech and language have had assessments and has a follow up when she's 4 in May! She has her pre school and peads speech & language ect with her claim ect she definitely got all the needs ect but on FB someone said even tho she has recently had an EHCP in place and they have said she NEEDS a seco school not main stream school I wouldn't get my hopes up for DLA which they can decline! I'm now thinking it may not be accepted due to later dates getting accepted 🥹🥹

Scan date 01/11.. 16 weeks this week.
2 letters and 1st and only text Mon 12/02.
Seeing lots of awards either side of my date so hoping next week is my week 😭

Another day of many I feel! I want to ring tommorow and see if it's different to what was said on Wednesday but after @Sunflower1808 experience what they tell you is a load of rubbish isn't it!
