Hi all. Been lurking for a while but thought I’d post. Scan date 15/11. 2 letters no text. Daughter has undiagnosed ASD but sent the referral letter and a statement from her teacher as evidence. I was quite surprised when I was filling out the form how high her needs were until I saw it jn black and white. Getting frustrated now.

Ahhh. I got a text this morning. Just to say there are still dealing with the claim but I am manifesting to the universe that I will hear this month 😁

Is anyone waiting to hear from CA? Or does anyone know if you get a text, a letter or see a payment first?
It will be 6 weeks since I applied on Monday and they said 6 weeks, so I am manifesting money on Monday too 😊

@Sunflower1808 thats a joke why don’t you just send today tracked traced and next day delivery ring today and say you’ve sent the missing evidence again and can they make sure it’s scanned straight on to system as soon as it’s been recieved on their end least hopefully you’ll have a decision by Monday if you send tomorrow won’t be on system till at least Monday xx

@Emma2345 i did think about that but now ill have to stay in untill at least 5 as they said they will call my land line today even the lady said if he doesnt she will (my signals awful) so i dont think if i send it that late it will still be ther tomorrow not sure what the cut off is for next day x its ready to go so if they havent found it by the time they call ill just have to send it in the morning 🙈🙈 put in a letter with it sayong resend as lost your end and the tracking number of the lost one x ive actually never felt so stressed , they dont understand its a awful wait as it is without this , i just hope it doesnt then get declined after all of this 🙈🙈x

@Emma2345@Tiredmummy1235 now going to call again as just got this txt 🙈❤️ had the one saying they are looking at it this morning x i litterly spoke to them less than 2 hours ago and they still didnt have the evidence and no decision had been made then this so going to call see what they awarded x

I applied for CA after being awarded for my other child - it's supposed to take 6 weeks however they really messed me around and I had to get my local MP involved. All in all it took 10 weeks for CA and they ended up giving me £75 in compensation for messing up my claim.

If you don't hear by week 7 - email your local MP for help. Tends to get the moving quicker

Someone rang me a couple of weeks ago to ask questions about my application and posted me some forms to fill in which I know they have received already. This person really upset me as she was not very kind and I am now thinking she might be the one handling my claim so I am not looking forward to any of this or having to ring!
