he said 16 aprox weeks for a decision but mines not with a dm yet.. but i think like one of the others said , they all tell you something different

He's been awarded hrc lrm im so happy scan date 24/10

I’m on the phone for over an hour now trying to reach them.
Scan date 18/10.
Got some very rude interaction in the past. Let’s how lucky I’ll be this time. I’ve seen lots of people being awarded with later scan dates, congratulations to everybody, but God does it look like it’s no order whatsoever. xx

@Tiredmummy1235 i wonder if they even look because last week I was told mine was with a Dm now this week it’s in the holding pile ready for the DM how does that even work 😂 x

@Debs243 I actually think they don’t look at all. Just makes you feel so deflated. The wait goes on 😂😂 what’s your scan date if don’t mind me asking.

Spoke with a nice gentleman, he said it’s with CM, and he’ll add a note on it to chase it. Apparently I should hear something back within a week. Fingers crossed 🤞

Is there a difference between the CM and DM?? Does it go to a CM first then DM after?

I was just about to ask the same question! Its making me nervous now more November dates are being awarded

I’m on hold now trying to get an answer now 🤣 I don’t want another process I cant bare it I just want my decision now as I see Novembers being awarded I’m even more impatient now!

@JMommy2023 I spoke to a lady on monday who said case manager and a man today said decision maker. When i asked are they the same he said yes some of us call them DM's some call them CM's x

@Lucie0108 had phone call off a dm at 5 past 9 this morn to ask a few additional questions had text at quarter past 9 phoned up an was told rates xxxx
