@Sunflower1808 they seriously need to change the system. She asked for my sort code of the account it will be payed into never asked that so was proper hopefull then said it’s still in holding pile 😂😂

i had a really nice man! He was so talkative.. so hopefully you get someone nice .. i spoke to someone on monday too to change bank details and she was so lovely aswell. fingers crossed for you x @Lucie0108

@Sarahdestiny I put in a MR on Monday - was told about 6-8 weeks - but then someone else mentioned that they were on week 11 of MR

Just got through, I had a lovely lady called Jo, she said I was in the new claims pile waiting to be done, but will take another 2-3 weeks. She said claims are taking around 18 weeks to do.
scan date 30/10
2 letters and one text on 5/2.

@bonz2023 haha yeah i do! because i've been told by 2 different people the same thing.. that it is being allocated to someone from today-friday.. he actually said he had to check a different system as i am now on the 16th week, he came back and said yep it's due to hit a DM any day before friday.. now your not far behind me, so your should realistically be picked up by a DM next week.. so lets see.. fingers crossed- i am so nervous now!!! x
