sorry I just saw this they didn't say just said they had awarded til 20th Feb and next payment was March 19th and if I didn't get payment in the next week to contact them
My fingers are firmly crossed for you to hear soon x

Maybe some other stuff it's been that long just keep sending them info or updating over the phone shows needs are constantly changing and hard to manage xx

@Jessyjay11 Did they say how long it had been with a DM and what was holding it up? Might just be waiting for school etc to get back to them. I’ve seen a few wait longer and end up awarded. 🤞🏻for you x

@WhereDidTheTimeGo888 They said 2 weeks ago they were awaiting more information from school. I first rang on the 24th jan and it was with the DM then. I’m so anxious and stressed about it

Hi all new here following from part 27.
Called for forms 9th Jan returned special delivery 30th Jan letter recieved 8th Feb to confirm they have recieved claim. Scan date 31st Jan. I clearly have a long wait a head good luck to everyone due to recieve their decisions.

@Jessyjay11 Schools can take their time to do stuff and then if they’ve posted it, we all know how long it takes to get scanned on. I really feel for you, but your evidence must’ve shown that there could be an award or they might not have bothered asking the school. Hopefully not much longer and you’ll hear good news. 🤞🏻x

@Jessyjay11 i honestly don’t know, but if it was a straight decline then I don’t see why they’d bother asking the school.

Maybe someone on here has been awarded after contacting the school. People are normally good at replying.

@Gracie1909 nope! It's been over 2 weeks now! im getting really annoyed now tbh! I rang yesterday and she said I will tell your case manager to reply to any notes on your journal and to look into why your carers allowance isn't on your pay

I think there is a technical issue with my account or something as I've sent 11/12 messages now and not heard back from any.

It's not going to be sorted this pay as I get my payment tomorrow😴

Parking here; new claim sent for twin 2 scanned 16th Nov 2 letters and no text. COC sent for twin 1 on 28th November had a letter no text. Good luck everyone and well done to all those awarded and fingers crossed for all the ones doing MR and tribunal x

Just phoned & spoke to a lovely man. They’ve received both bits of additional evidence & it’s still with DM, but a decision should be made in next few days!😬
At least I’ve been told the same thing by 2 different people, so that’s a first!😂

Hey Everyone.

I phoned for forms on the 10/11 sent forms back 19/12 received a letter 9/01 saying my form had been received 02/01. I received another letter asking for my son’s birth certificate, I sent it back 11/01 I’ve just called it still has not been scanned on the system. I got through to a lovely lady saying she is going to email the mail department and call me back with an update. I also asked her to make a note that my forms were sent back on time but there was Obviously a delay on them being scanned on due to Christmas/ new year and said she would. Now it’s a waiting game
