Just starting a new thread as the old one will run out soon

I have just had the exact same message...wondering if it is generic to get people off the phone...currently at 19 weeks and 1 day wait, first time doing this and cannot believe how long it takes!!

Just to update I persevered with the call and was on hold for just under an hour...my child was awarded on Friday so just under a 19 week wait!

I called to checked they received my daughters renewal forms, I was told they had and it’s gone into the correct queue. She said that they are not looking at renewals until Approx 1 week before the current award is due to expire. She said they are doing them in renewal date order rather than the date they receive them 🤷‍♀️

I’ve just had my text saying my daughter qualifies ♥️ scan date was 7/11

Fingers crossed 🤞 things are moving x

Just found out my son was awarded on the 7th of March and my scan date was 17th of November

After 18wks of waiting my daughter has liver and kidney decease to be told she’s refused! Is it worth appealing has anyone ever done so and won?

I posted claim 20/11/23 recorded delivery. No idea of scan date. Received 2 letters 29th Jan saying it will take 15 weeks. Got a text 4/3 saying still looking at your claim. I phoned 13th to be told its awaiting a decision maker. Its exhausting. Anyone know how long decision makers take?
