Hi everyone, anyone from northern ireland aware of waiting times. Scan date 2nd jan. Got letter to say it would take 8 weeks and another last week to say up to 15 weeks? The citizens advice bureau were led to believe turn around times for coc at 5 for mobility were usually fast enough

HoneyPrice · 23/02/2024 01:57

Hi! My scan date was 12/9/2023, had a 2 text messages from them saying they’re still looking at it and I don’t need to contact them. No
letters. The I called them asking for an update and told that it’s still with the assessor. But the lady on the phone said that it’s already more than 18weeks so she will write a letter to fast track the decision. It’s been 23weeks now and still waiting. Anyone have the same experience?

Jess19944 · 25/02/2024 13:50
