DLA wait time 2022 Part 3

Scan date 12 April, with a DM, no sign of a decision yet.

I called earlier as scan date was 22/4 and its 12 weeks this week.
my daughter has been awarded hrc lrm.
beyond pleased for her.

Caved again -_-
Scan date 22nd April, was told its been with a decision maker since Thursday last week. He said no decision had been made and to ring back at the end of the week. Just wish I knew now, the waiting is horrible.

I just want to know if i have to appeal 😫 my nerves cant take it 🤮

Ive called today and got completely different 🤦‍♀️ now im being told by end of next week... i know your 2 days after me... honestly think they just tell u random stuff

I was told 3 to 4 weeks, 6 weeks tomorrow still heard nothing for MR 😩, when I rang up Friday the lady on the phone said I was down for a txt msg

So ur MR too what was ur scan date? I aint had no text every1 else seems to get 1 lol

1st June, I didn’t get one on our 1st award, I think you can request a txt msg when you ring up, I reckon they got sick of me ringing 😂😂

@Amberb83 nope nothing yet. Rang Monday and he said it was in the “case managers to do pile” so think that means it’s with decision maker. But he said the dates they’re working on were very busy 🙄

@Memum22 awww fingers crossed for you, positive news it's with a DM let's hope you have a good one... starting to really panic now I didn't give enough info on the application. This has been the longest 11 weeks of my life... I'm sure the same for you too! I'm nervous to call as last time I did got told they log everytime you call and I just need to be patient!! Could understand if I called every week but it was week 10! Sending you luck and positive vibes x

@Memum22 I copied mine and been reading over it... really not holding my breath... sounds so sad but had a little cry re reading it....such a negative review of my darling girl!

I decided to call I know I should of held off but the wait it torture. It’s not even been looked at yet gutted!

Hi everyone I new here, I put a new claim in for my son who is 7 and has ASD my claim was received on the 24th April and iv still not had a decision everytime I call they say next week or week after does anyone know how long roughly I'll be waiting now it's currently been 11 weeks nearly 12.

Try not to worry I called Monday and I was told that it was in a holding qué waiting to be allocated to a case manager 😭 yesterday afternoon I got the text to say my child qualified, I don't know the rates yet but said I should receive a letter within 2 weeks.
My scan date was April 24th.
Fingers crossed it won't be much longer.

Thanks @Rose2005 I hope so! It’s my daughters 8th birthday 15th August so the extra cash will definitely help. Plus my dads been diagnosed with Cancer so I’m driving back and fourth every day to see him whilst Poppy’s at school so spending lots on Petrol. Anxiety has gotten worse. Congrats on your outcome 😘 Will be great help just in time for summer holidays xx

scan date 22nd April. Called today for a update and it’s still with a DM.
it’s been with one since last Wednesday so a week, she said It should be done by this week.

when everyone is mentioning scan date, is this the day the form needed to be sent back? Thanks

@Poppysmum14 really hoping you get a decision soon, it will really help you at the moment won't it.
I'm not sure what my daughter got awarded yet but whatever it is will be greatly recieved. I'm hoping with the back pay I can get her a new bed and some bedroom furniture as we had to move home 3 months ago and she's in dire need! 😊
