Scan date 12 April, with a DM, no sign of a decision yet.

my Ds application was scanned 6/5 so hopefully not too much longer although I have seen some people waiting up to 12 weeks.

had the sorry it’s delayed letter now it’s 8 weeks. I know it’s going to be a few more weeks and it’s pointless phoning for an update but how do I stop myself phoning up? 😂

Anyone know where MDs are at now 🙈

@kinzzzz the last I heard they was working on the 22nd of April upwards

Is that for redecision? Someone said 7th of june other day just seeing if anyone had rang and know where they at now 🙈

I am waiting for a decision from a MR scan date 1st June, 5 weeks,

Scanned 22nd April and had the text to say it’s awarded today x

Change off circumstances are meant to be from the begging off March this week I’m the 1st off March not heard a thing yet as we come to the end off the week, I wonder do they sit for a while in a pile and also I’ve heard some people get a text some don’t!! I’ve had enough off waiting now 😫

I found you guys again! Finally! So as anyone who can remember I was awarded hrc and lrm, I however I've informed UC all throughout the process, now it's come down to rhe back dating I'm hearing nothing, they've added carers element and the disability element as well as got rid of rhe bedroom tax in my UC as its showing up for my next payment statement on 14th but nothing at all no mention of back date even through I've requested it. What do I do?

i caved and rang! Scan date 12/5, they said it’s taking around 10 weeks at the min and should have a decision towards end of this month

@Crazybrood my sons is the 12th of May as well, had the sorry we have not made a decision letter a few days ago, I’m glad u were brave enough to phone as I’m not haha

@FightingForMyBoy haha I had the letter a few days ago and was debating to ring but I can’t hold my own piss 😂 I’m so impatient. I’m guessing it’s about 10 weeks before it goes to a decision maker then a few days from that

@Mamto2boys the backdated amount sometimes can take longer, we waited 4 weeks for our daughter to be backdated back in December from when it went to a case manager. But we only waited 2 week for our sons in May. As long as it been sent to a case manager to backdate I wouldn’t worry. Even to put your mind at peace write a journal message asking for update regarding backdate amount.

@Crazybrood haha, I read on the Facebook group earlier how someone had forgot that they had sent the forms off until the money magically appeared in their account wtf!! @Bournecrazy yep I like that plan 😀

I've been trying to forget it too as I knew it was a long wait and I didn't want to get ahead of myself incase it didn't get accepted

me again!! I’ve phoned this morning change off circumstances scan date 1st March! Son was middle care they have kept him the same even though his night needs are massively different and awarded low rate motability! I was awarded yesterday, not sure if I should so a MR has anyone else had this?

How long after sending the form did you get a letter acknowledgment? Been a week so far and nothing. I sent mine in 2 days before the deadline so I’m stressing it’s going to have been scanned after it! So if dd is awarded she won’t get backdated to when we phoned for the form!

Well i bit the bullet and called the guy has told me within the next couple of working days i should get a decision so heres hoping 🤞🤞 this is for MR not initial claim scan date 14th june🙆‍♀️

Oh and he said its with the decision making "?team" i assume this is not the person whos deciding they jist have it for whoever picks up?
