New DLA wait times 2022

Iv made this new one as the thread I was following along with others has now been closed mine was scanned on the 18th Feb and still awaiting decision, I'm currently been waiting 40 mins on phone to DLA trying to get a update

@Naomis121 I done coc 16th December and new claim was 23rd march, I'm waiting for a call back because no one seems to know why I got a text lol

Mine was 17th January so still waiting myself, I’m honestly not sure if they text or not! X

@Naomis121 well I was paid his payment today and it was his regular amount. When I called this morning they checked both claims and said neither had been completed yet but coc was imminent so they were unsure why I received the text, someone is supposed to be calling me back.

let me know when they get back too you! As it would be handy to know if they to text with the decision xx

Hi all does anyone here have a claim for careers allowance pending? Wondering how long the wait times are for that x

Thanks for this thread, I only posted out form out last week. I expect to hear nothing until a few more weeks but all the best for everyone already in the queue.

Rang dla today and the women on the phone told me they are working on claim that end the 7th of march so she told me I should hear something from this week or next so hopefully finger crossed I hear something soon because I’m on my 10th week and I’m waiting to see if he been accepted so I can tell his nursery.

Just waited on hold for an hour, they said they are currently working on claims up to the 7th of March. Mine was scanned the 3rd and said I should hopefully hear something this week. Driving me crazy all this waiting about 😂

Oh I'm in it for the long haul then, I'll try and forgot I've applied 😂 we also put an application in for an EHCP too last week and that takes 20 weeks 😫

Update for anyone with feb scan date still waiting just called to check and they said a decision has been made today DS has been awarded HRC x

I got my call back! Coc 16th December, kept hrc and was awarded hrm can't actually believe it!! Was only expecting lrm and change was done because he turned 5 in February but they are backdating hrm from November 18th when they sent the form!!

@Ltb17 that's absolutely brilliant. I'm still waiting mine hasn't even gone to decision maker yet and I was the 14th December

@Mummy2boys1520 ah that's crazy! The decision was only made today, the text I received yesterday was sent in error. I still don't think I'll believe it until I see the letter. They did originally receive my form beginning of December but I had forgotten to sign deceleration so it had to be returned. Not sure if that's made a difference in it being done. Hopefully you're not waiting much longer

@Ltb17 least you've got one sorted that's the main thing and it give me a little hop with my change of circumstances as well

@Ashleee580 i am the same date as you. I also phoned today and was told mine is with the decision maker and should hear no later than the beginning of next week.
