moleskin are you in Exeter? Coff I was going to ask where the torches are from? Genius, the kids love them, was going to get supplies!

signandsmile · 01/11/2012 20:16

lovely time wasn't it... coff your ds is a sweetie, Grin my food preferences were thoroughly investigated Grin

poultergoose receipe:
8oz of dark choc, 8oz of dark choc cake covering, melted with 2oz sugar, add in 4oz of raisons soaked in brandy/whisky/orange juice (whatever you fancy basically Grin) and then beat in a can (14oz?) of condensed milk, set in the fridge...

Easy and yummy, (ds can do most, with supervision, so it gets to be the standby 'teacher/helper present) Grin

PS If next meet up is more this way I can access free venue, with space for kids to chill, free parking and kitchen for drinks.... (sign makes the 'am I pursuading you' sign)

Sign, I could make Swindon, I reckon, if it was on a convenient day.

hazeyjane · 01/11/2012 23:10

ooh, ooh, I can do Swindon!! Please do Swindon (proviso if I can get there by bus).Smile

moleskin · 02/11/2012 06:57

Hi there kmummy yes I am from exeter

elliejjtiny · 02/11/2012 15:22

I couldn't do swindon. I'm near taunton and the furthest I could get to is exeter really [wimp emoticon]. Bug gone now thank goodness. DS1 was the last to get it and I heaved a sigh of relief when he was the only one who hadn't had it as he at least is capable of having the runs without mess. My relief was shortlived when he puked all over his bedroom curtains Hmm.

EllenJaneisstillnotmyname · 02/11/2012 17:01

Saturday for me, every other I have no DC!

EllenJaneisstillnotmyname · 02/11/2012 17:02

Oh, and dreary Jan, probably.

EllenJaneisstillnotmyname · 02/11/2012 17:03

But am willing to be flexible, but my 15yo won't want to come!!

signandsmile · 02/11/2012 19:21

Fab, I will start a 'next SWMNSN meet up thread' in a couple of weeks and see if we can find a date early in Jan that suits people,

Think I could do a Sat in Jan if DH agrees to have children or he could take them to his mum's - she lives near Swindon. Would depend on a lift from the station though.

NoHaudinMaWheest · 02/11/2012 20:25

ellie glad you are over the bug though it sounds most unpleasant.

I would be going through Taunton from Exeter on the train if an extra pair of hands would help. (I wouldn't have mine with me.)
