LOL. You know it is done on purpose right?

Is it better?

Don't get stressed about it. You can sort it out on the day now.

wasuup3000 · 23/09/2011 17:13

A bit improved.

Monday should be interesting especially as I said to one on the LEA's witnesses that I would see them next week on Wednesday (dd's next appoint) and they said yes see you on Wednesday.....(surely they are not THAT incompetent to forget to inform their own witness of a t ribunal date?).

Thanks star

Oh no. The tribunal isn't mentioned. It is a social rule I think.

Everyone steps out of their usual role and go to war, and then resume normal practice afterwards.

Although in my case I never saw the SALT again. She immediately handed me over to someone else.

StarlightMcKenzie · 23/09/2011 17:29

Dress like a mum, not a business manager btw.

insanityscatching · 23/09/2011 17:34

Wishing you all the luck in the world.

wasuup3000 · 23/09/2011 18:59

Will be rooting for you on Monday! Grin Best of luck!

TheTimeTravellersWife · 23/09/2011 19:36

Just wanted to wish you good luck for Monday. Try to have a relaxing weekend and to get some sleep. Agree with Stat about not wearing a business suit, I went for smart, but casual, ISWIM

TheTimeTravellersWife · 23/09/2011 19:40

Funny enough, after I tore into DDs SALT at the Tribunal, I never saw her again either! It is very strange, but nobody ever wants to mention the "T" word, and if you mention it afterwards to anyone working with your child they will look positively embarrassed and down right shifty!

wasuup3000 · 23/09/2011 19:57

Thank you all!! Will be going for black trousers and a smart top? I will make sure I mention it on Wednesday then! ;)

Funnily enough the LIO whose emails were always very chatty, in fact someone commented they were too informal and possibly inappropriate, has now reverted to a more expected stance and they are definitely cool now that he has no information to fish for Hmm Not too bothered I never wanted to be friendly with him anyway Grin and I used to forward them direct to solicitor who used to form a response Wink

good luck I went to a tribunal in Bradford and I won it. You have to list the extra needs cmpared to a child the same age. If you wnat help with anything just in box me. I got high rate care as my little man 23 mths. I got it back dated also from jan 2010 to jan 2012 but because i asked for a new claim form in may 2010 they have restriced it to then.

I have tried to get it overturned and they sent me an appeal paper today to fill in and on the phone they said they cant promise anything but told me to gte the form back asap.

good luck!

tryingtokeepintune · 23/09/2011 23:37

Goodluck

seriouschanger · 24/09/2011 20:39

A large beatiful photo of your dc...lots of mummy tears and a closing speech that would make Hitler weep pleading with tribunal to give what your dc needs. Do not attack speak softly but firmly when needed throughout.

wasuup3000 · 25/09/2011 17:54

Thank you all!
