How desperate are these twunts?

They got their 4th witness blocked by the Tribunal as the second S&LT has never met my child.

I've challenged their change of EP as she has not worked with my child or even met him - suddenly she wants to go into school. I can't be there though.

Challenging these practices makes me vexatious and I have a letter to prove it. No warning, no appeal. All correspondence now goes through a single point and this little admin lady will decide whether it merits response!

yes, and then they recruit incompetent sheep who won't challenge but will bleet after them preening themselves after a little bit of praise for towing the party line.

You know what, by that stage it wasn't all that dreadful. I was well established in that disappointing miserable world and quite quite used to it by then. It didn't even make me flinch. I just ignored it and stuck to the point which, btw, I won.

I'm guessing she knew I was going to win so took her opportunity to 'even things out'!

Honestly, as someone who spent years as a criminal advocate, I have never had to advocate so hard against such intransigence as I have in school meetings with so-called 'professionals'.

You know you won't win your case but you have to keep fighting anyway.

You also have to keep recording everything which they hate.

We need to blow the lid off this thing.

AT that is both comforting and shocking to hear someone with a legal background saying such things.

Yes absolutely. I have never in my life worked so hard or put so much effort into trying to get common sense accepted or agreed.

And the best I ever get through sheer determined effort, is a compromise and humiliation for my efforts.
