Ring up b4 weekend like I said mine was woth case worker and it was awarded yesterday lovely dont get payment till tuesday I would say u will of been awarded just ring up u never no could be good news and then u no instead of waiting all weekend thinking have I got it

When I rang on a Friday it actually kept ringing until someone actually answered which was about 5.20 xx

Thank you, I will cling on and hope someone answers then. Called on Wednesday and was waiting to be picked up by a DM. No idea if things have shifted. She did say the DM may want to hold on for my extra evidence, but that could be another 6 weeks away 😬

I had a very unexpected text at 7pm tonight to say she's qualified I think I borderline sobbed I'm not even sure it's sunk in, I was so convinced it was a decline I actually read the text wrong til my partner read it and told me to read it properly

New claim scan date 17/08. No news yet, if I call and ask to get a text will they do that? Xx
