I can't do group or online at the moment and figure I can't be the only one.

Anyone else fancy joining for motivation and support? :)

I started today, weigh 1.5 stone over my ideal weight so that's my aim!
Today I had

*Skyr fat free yogurt for breakfast

  • strawberries, grapes and blueberries *homemade tuna pasta salad for lunch *banana *overnight oats and berries for dinner as went straight from work to the gym

Used light mayo in the tuna pasta

Does anyone know the syns for Skyr fat free protein raspberry yogurt?

Mum3pinks · 09/03/2020 21:56

Hi @dancemom, they range 1-1.5 suns
Careful with mayo 20cals per syn for things like that, that's level tbsp too not heaped, sound yum the rest of your day x

^Ignoring SirSpamalot there (mmm Spam...) Anyway, I digress 🤣

Not sure how accurate as it was a different set but I used my Mum's super duper fancy pants scales that have always been bang on today and was 13st 13.5 which I'm guessing means 3.5lbs off here too. Just going to stick to weighing at hers on a Monday.

Pleased with that for a first week effort :o

Woooo great losses everyone!

00deed1988 · 11/03/2020 07:53

Hi. Can I join in?

I attended SW from Feb 2018 to June 2019 and lost 5 stone....somehow since then I have put back in 4.5st. I have no idea how I let myself do it as I was so proud of myself and felt great.

I now shift work and struggle to get to a group so going alone from home. I started Monday. Been on plan so far this week and plan a 100% week.

I am on annual leave and thought that this would be a good time to get stuck back in!

yatapina · 11/03/2020 08:07

Welcome @00deed1988 and we'll done on your initial loss, proves you can do it!

I am in the same boat and like you have struggled to reconcile why I did it to myself because I was so proud of myself BUT that was then and this is now so push it aside and look ahead!

Well done for jumping back on our wagon 😁

yatapina · 13/03/2020 11:56

Oooh how do you make oat cookies @Mum3pinks?

I know it's the least of our worries but I'm a bit neurotic and like to overthink everything... Has anyone considered how the 7 day isolation would affect their eating? I'm pretty sure I'll just eat everything in sight out of boredom if I'm well enough but have stocked up on frozen fruit and veg for a few days worth atleast.

Might batch some soup too.

They are like baked oats but in cookie form,
40g blitzed oats, 2 eggs, 3 tbsp 0%fat greek yog, tbsp sweetner, 0.5 tsp baking powder(optional) mix, dollop on baking paper/oven tray and bake 180 for about 10 minutes until browned, let cool before eating x

Mum3pinks · 13/03/2020 12:19

I'm shopping as normal but I always try to gave frozen fruit and veg, flour eggs ect for just in case!xHmm

What a week! Just checking in, sorry haven’t been on the thread much but starting ‘again again’ Monday
Haven’t been awful food wise, no cakes or pastries but a bit too much booze and not quite sw friendly meals, so I think I’ll StS Monday at this rate

Mum3pinks · 16/03/2020 09:56

Morning all, 3lb loss for me this morning, on plan all week but added stress as I'm faced with moving house amongst all this chaos which is ensuing! Good luck to everyone this week x

TheGirlWhoLived · 16/03/2020 17:03
