Morning all. Snowing here, fed up of winter now! Just wonder how much exercise people are doing? I've got my bronze and silver Body Magic awards and aiming for my gold. So far this week, I've walked 3 days, about 30 mins each and been to the gym once.

B - raspberry wheats and plain yoghurt
L - salad with couscous
D - Gammon, roast veg and onion sauce.

Cherrypi · 17/03/2018 11:35

I’m not doing anything but walking and the occasional swim at the moment. Thinking of starting to work towards bronze next week as my it will be my fifth week. Does anything special happen after you finished your first four weeks?

boats16 · 17/03/2018 12:17

I'm doing my exercises in a morning ( apart from last 2 days as I've been at my friends ) and go swimming once a week . I find sticking to a routine helps meSmile

boats16 · 17/03/2018 12:19

I have discovered my clothes for my hols don't fit . Good but bad, it's going to cost me a fortune Hmm

Procraftinator · 17/03/2018 13:00

Hi everyone, room for one more? I've just started following sw at home, weighed yesterday and I've lost 3lbs in my first week. Very happy with that, had a takeaway and Mother's Day chocolates so I'm sold!

About 3 and a half stone to lose for me to get to a weight I'm healthy at.

It's nice to find a group of people that are a bit less...intense about it all Wink

boats16 · 17/03/2018 13:36

Welcome Procraftinator .well done on your first loss.Hope its the first of many 😃😃😃😃😃

Littlepig8834 · 17/03/2018 13:46

Didn't have fish and chips, mainly because none of us could be bothered to go out in the cold after putting DD to bed.

All had beans, egg and toast (HEB) for lunch.

No idea what to have for tea, what's everyone else having??

Cherrypi · 17/03/2018 13:57

Thanks Boats!

Doing Pinch of Nom's chicken and broccoli stir fry with some extra veg and chillies thrown in tonight, littlepig

Groovee · 17/03/2018 16:03

Chicken Fajitas. Except I forgot to buy wraps for Dh and ds. I'm going to make some chips too as every time I eat white rice I get constipated. Will have salad with it.

Got an all day event tomorrow. Going to make egg muffins with a salad, fruit salad and most likely a yoghurt.

Have made frozen yoghurt things again so will have them during Takeaways x

I've been wedding dress shopping today (not my dress!) and we had prosecco and cakeHmm
Not had much else, tonight I'm having special rice and salmon and some fruit.

boats16 · 17/03/2018 18:43

Had :
chicken thigh (skinless and boneless) with peppercorn and black pepper seasoning, sliced hard boiled egg, baby boiled and mixed salad. I could just eat that salad out of the bowl because it sits in lemon juice so its not like a salad. I cant stand lettuce !

Procraftinator · 17/03/2018 19:55

I highly recommend slices of Granny Smith apple dipped in toffee muller light! So tasty for a Syn Free pud!

Littlepig8834 · 17/03/2018 21:53

Ended up with sweetcorn and tomato curry with rice for tea. Need to do a shop so it was a 'whatever is in the cupboard' tea.

Testarossa1 · 17/03/2018 22:06

The Gammon with the creamy onion sauce was very yummy, we had it with roast potatoes, sweet potatoes, roast carrots, peas, broccoli and sprouts. Will post the recipe if anyone wants to try in. We've had a movie night, (due to awful weather here), so made lasagne crisps and a dip of Quark and herbs. I know sw consider them a tweak, but got to be better than Doritos and dips!!

Testarossa1 · 17/03/2018 22:13

boo1507 · 18/03/2018 07:34

Made the rod in the hole last night with Heck chicken sausages and thought this was brilliant. Yum! Going to try the campfire stew tonight.

Blondeshavemorefun · 18/03/2018 07:39

@fraggle I use those when have chicken in pita bread. Like last night

Tho as most pitta bread has same calories in it. It’s just the fibre needed. TBH I don’t see the harm in using a non sw advised one iyswim

Not sure what eating today but will be a roast chicken - all free except a yorkie

Flutterby81 · 18/03/2018 08:22

Had a sneak Peak on the scales this morning and wished I hadn’t it’s showing a 1lb gainIv been good all week even been to the gym 5times Shock hoping it changed by the morning for actual weigh day will be extra good today!

Oldowl · 18/03/2018 08:46

I had a sneak peak too. For the first time in years the scales started with a 9!! 9st 13.5lb.

I can't believe it after Friday night. I think over Easter I will drop my target for the final time to 9st 12.5lb and try to hover under the 10st mark.

So chuffed!

Groovee · 18/03/2018 08:52

Flutterby hopefully the scales will be different at class.

Oldowl that's fab.

I had my food all sorted for my brownie outdoors day but it's been cancelled due to snow.

Well done Oldowl
Never mind Flutterby , I've done that and it's been different in the morning so don't be disheartened . Snow arrived here , not looking good for swimming tomorrow 🏊

raisedbyguineapigs · 18/03/2018 10:03

I lost 1 1/2 which I'm surprised about as I didn't really count my syns and had tons of days out. I'm thinking it's going to show up this week. There's a lot of homemade birthday cake around too (and it's delicious, if I may say so myself!). My DS1 had norovirus. Obviously I don't want it just so I can lose weight, but I've not planned again this week.
