Groovee · 13/03/2018 19:44

@Blondeshavemorefun 24.5 syns I think.

Lost half a pound. I need to poo! But it's not happening. Bit gutted to be honest. Hopefully next week. I think I'm gutted as it's been a hard week.

So close now groovee. You've had a tough week, that's good really. I lost 1lb, pleased with that as I'm now back in the target range so I'll be free again!

OwlinaTree · 13/03/2018 20:16

It's good you lost half a lb, not good that you had a tough week!

Cherrypi · 13/03/2018 20:41

3.5lb off and my first certificate yay.

MyGuideJools · 13/03/2018 21:04

*groovee? You did well losing anything with the week youve had. Flowers

Well done cherrypi 🌟 and all other losers.

I've had a good couple of days, only 9 syns yesterday so had 2 triangles of my giant toblerone today (18 syns) was lovely but so sickly. Previously I would have eaten 6 pieces in one go!

Groovee · 13/03/2018 21:19

@MyGuideJools I'm finding my choices are changing. Previously when my dad had been in hospital I'd eat nothing but crisps!

Thanks everyone. I really need a 💩 so I think that's my issue. Fingers crossed for next week.

Well done @Cherrypi

Stumbled a bit this afternoon, had a packet of crisps. Really enjoyed them though, didn't beat myself up though, synned them, still only used 14.5, do just within my allowance. Do prefer to stick to around 10 - 12 syns though.

MyGuideJools · 13/03/2018 22:20

Groovee that's when my downhill spiral started, when my dad was in hospital. Cakes, sweets, chips and shop bought sandwiches. I'm finding it hard undoing the damage tbh!

Groovee · 13/03/2018 22:35

@MyGuideJools I keep taking the contents of the fruit bowl, then buy more fruit or eat the fruit people have brought in for my dad 😂.

Blondeshavemorefun · 13/03/2018 22:57

@groovee. Well done on loss. It all adds up

And fuck me at 24syns. 🙀🙀🙀For a bit of dough. Salad. Chicken onions. Small cheese

Wow

@cherry. Well done

boats16 · 13/03/2018 23:13

Well done @ Groovee, Owlina and Cherrypi on your losses today. That salad pizza was a lot of syns ! Was it worth it though? Grin

Flutterby81 · 14/03/2018 08:02

Flutterby81 · 14/03/2018 08:05

Well done also to @owlinatree.
And wow 24syms is a lot but worth it if you enjoyed it Smile
It’s my partners birthday next week and he wants to go out for dinner is it wrong that I’m trying to persuade him to let me cook something nice as he wants to go to TGI Friday’s and everything is so high in syns there Grin

OwlinaTree · 14/03/2018 08:42

Thanks guys, I'm delighted. I should be able to have another good week this week as no big weekend plans. Week after I've got a nice out then week after that I'll be going on holiday! Let's hope I can lose enough before the holiday to stay in range!

latedecember1963 · 14/03/2018 11:44

Well done, Owlina, and in good time for your holiday too! 😊

I'm sure you'll be there next week, Groovee, if you can lose after the week you've had.

Testarossa1 · 14/03/2018 12:22

Currently making chicken soup for lunch and some for the freezer. Load of veg on a pan with a couple of stock cubes and a chicken breast roasting in the oven. Going to blitz it all in my blender. I love a bowl of warm soup!!

FrozenMargarita17 · 14/03/2018 12:53

@Flutterby81 I went to TGI and I had steak and double veg! Was nice :)

Cherrypi · 14/03/2018 15:30

Tried something different and didn’t have my hexb for breakfast today. Been hungry all day so back on the porridge tomorrow.

Flutterby81 · 14/03/2018 15:42

Thanks @FrozenMargarita maybe it’s not as bad as I’m thinking then Smile

MumInTheCity · 14/03/2018 18:23

Feeling stuffed now after a huge on plan dinner:
B - banana
L - leftover tuna pasta
D - chicken korma (1.5), rice, onion bhajis (syn free), mini poppadoms (3), and mint yoghurt dip
S - nothing yet, will probably have a hifi or 2 later as my HEB if I'm peckish

MyGuideJools · 14/03/2018 18:30

cherrypi what did you have for breakfast out of interest?
I sometimes have fruit and yogurt for breakfast so I can have a sandwich later I the day. I do like porridge tho!

FrozenMargarita17 · 14/03/2018 19:40

Today has been terrible. It's just taken me an hour and a half to put baby to bed.

B- muller light with blueberries
L- ploughman's (went to a cafe with someone and that was the healthiest choice). I gave most of my cheese away and had a tiny bit of bread as well.
D- nothing, Dh gone to McDonald's and pointless cooking for me

Early night it seems

Cherrypi · 14/03/2018 21:17

Yoghurt and fruit. I had toast in the afternoon.
