Blondeshavemorefun · 10/03/2018 08:07

Well done @boats

Do you have to have speed with every meal. Or just helps

Would you lose weight on free food alone?

boats16 · 10/03/2018 08:39

Thanks Blondeshavemorefun . Personally I have1/2 plate of speed with evening meal. I dont like lettuce so I make my own side salad . Diced tomatoes, diced cucumber, diced purple onion and corn or yellow pepper for colour . All mixed in a tub with lemon juice. For example, Ill have skinless chicken thighs maybe a couple of new potatoes and side salad.I dont think you have to have it but it definitely helps.I think youd still lose but much slower.

Blondeshavemorefun · 10/03/2018 09:37

Could you /someone do me a quick list of speed fruit and veg please

Not sure where my book is
Thanks

B onion pepper ham ommlette cheese A
L sweet potato stew and veg with rice
T chicken in pita bread B with salad

Off to go and see lambs now with my 11mth. Excited squeak :)
