Thanks Flutterby, I can't wait. Definitely our sort of holiday. Lying on a hot sandy beach is my idea of hell. Give me a city full of sightseeing and culture any day!

Had porridge (made with water) and blueberries for breakfast. Can't decide on lunch, was going to go for an omelette (I fill them with onions, mushrooms and spinach normally) but someone seems to have finished all the eggs. Angry It was me making egg mayonnaise and then soft boiled eggs for the kids for dinner the other night.

I've got some of the WW wraps so I might just have one of those with some of the egg mayo I made, and fill it with salad too, and make sure I stick to an SP day today (which was going to be the plan anyway). Dinner will probably be curry with cauliflower rice.

Weight goes up and down so try and weigh once a week but easier said then done

Weigh in tonight. I have no idea how I'll do. I've had barely any sleep because baby so I've only had 2 alpen bars today which I shoved down a minute ago after taking her to her swimming lesson. Now to try and catch up on some sleep.

I rejoined after a few years with my DH on Tuesday. He needs to lose about 2.5/3stone and I'm here with a possible 8/9stone to target goal. Least I'll have lots of pretty stickers/certificates by the end! Grin

Have done it before and lost 4 stone in 5 months, and have been doing it again since begining of January and my jeans went from being well fitting/tight at night to loose and falling down so I'm hoping I can keep it going :)

Plan for today -

B - 1.5syns on a Naked Rice pot (late to work sadly!)
L - Baked Potato with Chicken, Grapes (Free) 2 Laughing cow light (2/5 of HexA) , peppers, spinach, beetroot and onions (Speed).
T - Rice and 2 Hot and Spicy Quorn burgers with more of the speedy salad above and 3 more Laughing Cow Light.

Snacks - I've had a bag of skinny popcorn too (3.5syns) and will probably be my HexB of 2x Alpen Light or Hifi Bars and a treat plate with some strawberries for speed and a mini bag of Haribo (16g) or Drumstick Squashies (14g) - 2.5syns

Hoping to end the day on 7.5syns Smile

OutnumberedByFurchesters Welcome . I take it youre allowed 5 x Laughing cow light as Hex A ? How many syns is milk counted as then if you have a brew later ? Hmm

In my book boats it says count half a syn for each dash of milk

Best to check you're really only using a dash though. I like my coffee milky so it's more like 1 syn if I don't measure it (I use semi-skimmed). It can really add up if you're not careful.

Yep, 5 x Light Laughing Cow or 6 Extra light for a healthy extra.

100ml of Semi Skimmed is 2.5syns
100ml of Skimmed is 1.5syns

I don't drink tea or coffee really though, one a day at most so I'd only use the 100ml between a tea in a morning, and a hot chocolate in the evening perhaps and I don't always have all 5 of the cheese triangles so can adjust there too, 50ml of milk instead for each cheese triangle I haven't had with meals throughout the day Smile

I didn't lose anything :( so disappointed. I was having a bad day anyway with sleep deprivation. I barely use any subs at all so I'm really upset that nothing has happened.

I just left the group as soon as I'd been weighed.

Never mind FrozenMargarita keep going.We all have STS weeks .I know it's frustrating and lack of sleep will just make you feel worse.Don't give up, you can do it !!!!!!!

So glad this horrid week is over (I don't work Fridays), it's been super stressful! Food today:
B - nothing
L - chicken, rice and vegetables
D - bacon and mushroom pasta with salad
S - bag of skips (3.5 syns), lemon drizzle fibre one bar (4 syns)

was it your first weigh in frozen don't be too hard on yourself - sleep deprivation can make your body hold onto extra calories like nothing else, it's because it needs the extra energy expended

I am having an awful day food wise.
I've had:
B - two weetabix and milk
L - two packets of crisps, 7 cornflake clusters, 3 linda mccartney sausages
Snacks - a cheese and ham toastie, humus and tortilla chips
DH has just gone out to get a bottle of wine and a pizza.

If i don't have any syns for the rest of the week I will still put on 3lbs

@TheImprobableGirl no it's my 5th week :( I've lost every other week but today it just tipped me over the edge. I'm so tired and I have an awful headache and now I'm really sad too!!

STS is the worst when you know you've been on plan. Hopefully you'll have a really good loss next week.

I never use my syns really. The most I get to is probably 4.5-5. I don't like to use them because once I start I don't stop. I was going to be good for Mother's Day breakfast but now I think heck, let's have whatever.

Sts is horrible when you know youv stuck to plan 🙁 but keep Keep going @FrozenMargarita17 hopefully you will see a big loss next week .
