I rejoined after a few years with my DH on Tuesday. He needs to lose about 2.5/3stone and I'm here with a possible 8/9stone to target goal. Least I'll have lots of pretty stickers/certificates by the end! 
Have done it before and lost 4 stone in 5 months, and have been doing it again since begining of January and my jeans went from being well fitting/tight at night to loose and falling down so I'm hoping I can keep it going :)
Plan for today -
B - 1.5syns on a Naked Rice pot (late to work sadly!)
L - Baked Potato with Chicken, Grapes (Free) 2 Laughing cow light (2/5 of HexA) , peppers, spinach, beetroot and onions (Speed).
T - Rice and 2 Hot and Spicy Quorn burgers with more of the speedy salad above and 3 more Laughing Cow Light.
Snacks - I've had a bag of skinny popcorn too (3.5syns) and will probably be my HexB of 2x Alpen Light or Hifi Bars and a treat plate with some strawberries for speed and a mini bag of Haribo (16g) or Drumstick Squashies (14g) - 2.5syns
