Welcome newbie and returnees!
Asked about speed food ideas for breakfast at group. Suggestions included spinach & mushroom omelette with grilled or canned plum tomatoes and strawberries or raspberries on cereal. I'm going to have a look through my recipe books too.
Put on 2lb today but it's my own fault. My routine went to pot last week. DS2 away and DH has finished his current contract so he's about more. I was nibbling at chocolate and not really planning well.
DS2 has been in touch & seems fine, so this week I'm committing to no chocolate. If I've written it here, I have to do it!
