Brilliant lemony that must have felt good!
turquoise well done! Keep going Star and keep off the scales!!Grin
Well done to other losers.

I had a takeaway over 2 nights at the weekend. A leaving party and a family 'do' so back on it today. Yesterday was weird food wise as I was at the hospital so had a prepack sandwich and crispsConfused
Oh well it is what it is, on nights this week so not weighing in till next week as night shifts mess up my body!

Groovee · 18/07/2017 08:34

Hoping to make it to weigh in.

I feel flabby. I had toned up with the burlesque as I often to do various moves during the day at the most random times. I can feel where my work has been doing good and it's gone like jelly.

Off back to bed as I feel really tired today.

BasinHaircut · 18/07/2017 08:58

Well done in all the losses yesterday, I STS. I'm ok with that I think, I know I could have done better but life got in the way.

I'm going to google restaurants close to where we are going at the weekend and see if there is a Nando's. That's a good shout. Even though I'm not that keen, it will keep me on plan and DH will be pleased as I never want to go there normally but he likes it.

Had my third personal training session last night and I'm loving it.

Hi all - I am back from holiday and planning to go to my first group on Weds.

Not sure how I'll "start" straight away when I won't have the info til late tomorrow night. Hopefully there'll be something I can have from Pret or similar for lunch, then go to the supermarket after work on Thursday.

ibuiltahomeforyou · 18/07/2017 13:37

I lost -3lbs this week - I'm so pleased!

Going to attempt to get my stone award next week - I'll need to lose -3.5lbs
Shock

Greenteandchives · 18/07/2017 13:47

Hope you are feeling better soon, groovee!
Only a half pound off for me this week. But that's better than a half on! And I knew my weight loss would slow right down as I got near to target. Trying for a pound next week!

OwlinaTree · 18/07/2017 14:02

Well done losers! Weigh in for me tonight. I've been pretty much on plan, deffo within syns over the week. I'm back at work so will be interesting to see if the reduction in cafe helps had helped!

Was really confident for a big loss at the weekend, really felt slim, had to put a belt on with my jeans etc, but not feeling so good today.

Well, I'll know by 6pm. Really want 2lb off!

caremummy · 18/07/2017 14:53

So it's the last brownies &guides mtg of term &my last ever with this unit 😥 And we are going to McDonalds. I can't get away with just water, does anyone know if any of the fizzy drinks are diet. I can't eat any of the food anyway, so that's not a prob. Ta x

caremummy · 18/07/2017 14:53

And good luck to everyone weighing today xx

Trills · 18/07/2017 15:01

You can definitely get a diet coke at McDonalds, don't think they usually have any diet fanta or sprite.

TurquoiseOwl · 18/07/2017 15:01

@caremummy - I'm pretty sure they have Sprite Zero now, but I'm not 100% sure. I think it's new now.

TurquoiseOwl · 18/07/2017 15:04

Yeah, they do. Definitely no Fanta Zero though as that's the only drink I like from there Grin

Groovee · 18/07/2017 15:06

Sprite Zero from McDonald's. Enjoy with your girls.

NeverEnoughSleep1 · 18/07/2017 15:54

Congrats on all the loses today!

Does anyone have issues with not eating enough in the week and not losing? It's came up a couple of times st group that people haven't been eating enough so aren't losing much or are struggling to lose any? It's red hot here today and I struggle eat anything but don't want to make it harder to lose

TheImprobableGirl · 18/07/2017 16:36

I'm BAAAAACK Grin
Still trooping, just have had such a mega time that I haven't had chance to post- so read the last two threads back to back and am on it like a comet Star
turquoise I would be a bit careful on the whole weighing front... I don't want to be a drama llama about it but restricting water and weighing up to 15 times a day can definitely lead to an eating disorder. It's hard when you are bigger to start with because you don't see it happening either! Focus on how you feel, being healthier and stronger- make sure you take measurements near the start of your weight loss too so even when your weight loss is smaller then you can still see you are slimming down etc.

useful tools for seeing how much ACTUAL weight you lose is something like drawing 14 balloons and colouring in each one when you lose a lb, or filling a jar with pebbles (one for each lb you would like to lose) and transfer them to another empty jar when you lose them.

Be really careful, I had anorexia subtype bulimia for almost 7 years, please take heed and only weigh yourself absolutely maximum of once per day, but ideally once a week Smile

I'm taking the scenic route... since January I have lost 11lb GrinBlush but importantly I am getting lots fitter, got my silver body magic last week. And I haven't put weight on, which I definitely would have if I was going it alone

IvorHughJarrs · 18/07/2017 16:46

I lost 2lb today so am just a lb off my 2 stone award. Was surprised to lose as I had a pigout on Friday then went out for dinner and drinks Blush Anyway, it's all good
I have been making some of the recipes from Two Chubby Cubs which I find even nicer than most of the SW ones (although some of those are very nice too). I think someone said upthread about trying to make healthy food choices which is what I am trying to rather than using syns on stuff that perpetuates my sweet tooth and cravings

ibuiltahomeforyou · 18/07/2017 17:20

Never I believe it's a myth that not eating enough will cause your weight to stall, there must be something else behind it - could if be making you tired so you're not moving enough? Are you drinking enough water?

IvorHughJarrs · 18/07/2017 17:55

Ibuilt I was told that is a myth too but my ex-personal trainer said a lack of dietary protein could lead to muscle loss, rather than fat loss so you lose weight but may slow metabolism. She always used to tell me to eat more healthy protein to keep my muscle mass up but I don't know if that is right or how much effect it would have in practice

FoofFighter · 18/07/2017 19:16

Lots of exercise today romping around a medieval castle and grounds, pretending I am in Game of Thrones Blush then an ice lolly overlooking the beach (9) and back home for a BBQ trying some new chicken
