I'm BAAAAACK
Still trooping, just have had such a mega time that I haven't had chance to post- so read the last two threads back to back and am on it like a comet
turquoise I would be a bit careful on the whole weighing front... I don't want to be a drama llama about it but restricting water and weighing up to 15 times a day can definitely lead to an eating disorder. It's hard when you are bigger to start with because you don't see it happening either! Focus on how you feel, being healthier and stronger- make sure you take measurements near the start of your weight loss too so even when your weight loss is smaller then you can still see you are slimming down etc.
useful tools for seeing how much ACTUAL weight you lose is something like drawing 14 balloons and colouring in each one when you lose a lb, or filling a jar with pebbles (one for each lb you would like to lose) and transfer them to another empty jar when you lose them.
Be really careful, I had anorexia subtype bulimia for almost 7 years, please take heed and only weigh yourself absolutely maximum of once per day, but ideally once a week
I'm taking the scenic route... since January I have lost 11lb
but importantly I am getting lots fitter, got my silver body magic last week. And I haven't put weight on, which I definitely would have if I was going it alone
