2.5lbs off for me tonight, no idea how that happened as I was off plan for about 48 hours! I think I lost some of that last week but it didn't show up till this week IYSWIM.
Tea tonight here was also pulled pork, but with carrot, swede and potato mash, sugar snap peas and coleslaw. Only a small dinner tonight as I was going gym.
Then I had a personal training session and have just had a snack of 2 rice cakes with peanut butter. I haven't bothered working out syns as it's half post gym snack/half weigh night treat but was probably within syns for today (or just about).
2.5lbs off target now and aiming for a really on plan week.
