Whoop whoop well done lemony that's amazing!! 7 stone that's like losing posh spice!GrinGrinGrinGrin

emwithme · 27/06/2017 15:42

Just nipping in to say I'm still around, not really doing SW but concentrating on growing a person (and not throwing up). Had a scan yesterday, we saw a perfectly sized (single - fortunately) bean with a lovely flickering heartbeat.

I am super-hungry for carbs and fat at the moment and am about to break out my "next size up" clothes that I sensibly didn't get rid of when I slimmed out of them.

Lemony you are a bloody star Flowers Gin

PositiveAttitude · 27/06/2017 15:46

Well done Lemony Enjoy the feeling and enjoy the cake. 7 stone is amazing!!! And you have done it quite quickly, haven't you? Bloody brilliant!!!!!! Flowers Flowers Flowers Flowers Flowers Flowers

I am another 5.30 wi tonight. Poo update - I have managed to get home for a short break between meetings today and have just started to have tummy ache - this could be the best news for today, it could mean I could evacuate something in my "poo loo" (I am a little weird and am only comfortable poo-ing in one of my loos at my own home, never do it in a public loo or at work.) Just have 15 minutes before I have to leave, so will have a go in 10 minutes.

OwlinaTree · 27/06/2017 15:47

Oh em, how lovely, nothing beats the wonder of those scans. So glad it's going well. Just go with the eating, I ate terribly with my third, but I've lost it again, it's all good.

ALemonyPea · 27/06/2017 15:52

Thanks everyone.

Em, that's lovely news. Was hoping your silence was just not being in SW, glad it was. Don't worry about the diet until you're ready, concentrate on growing that tiny person. Please do come and update us every now and again though.

PA, you are indeed weird, my DH is the same. He's terrible on holiday as well. Sending you positive poo vibes.

Hi Everyone, is it ok to join in. I have been reading all your comments for a couple of months and decided it about time I join. I have been doing slimming world for almost 4 months and have lost 3 stone. 5 in total as I lost a couple before joining. Struggling a bit at the moment as had a fortnights Holiday and feel hungry again. But trying hard to stay on plan. Well done to everyone for all your weight losses, you are all fab. Good luck to everyone who is weighing tonight x

NachoAddict · 27/06/2017 15:58

Hi Sazzie well done on the 5st loss! This thread might help you stay on track.

Lemony Congratulations! Target member. 7st is incredible (and what my dog weighs) that cake is well deserved.

PA I can only poo at home too. In 13 years of being there I have only pooed at work once. I was doing the Scan Bran challenge and unfortunately had no choice but to poo at work.... cue the fire alarm going off mid poo. It was not my finest moment.

OwlinaTree · 27/06/2017 16:01

Come on pa 💩💩💩

shamoffour · 27/06/2017 16:23

I am exactly the same PA. I've been known to nip home on a night out to pooBlush

shamoffour · 27/06/2017 16:25

Hello and welcome SazzieSmile five stone is amazing!

On the down side I still have no hot water and the boiler is going to cost £300 to fixShock

FoofFighter · 27/06/2017 16:40

Lemony, that is incredible, well done Flowers

my (adult) friend weighs 7 stone you lost a person!

sazzie1975 · 27/06/2017 16:44

Thanks guys. Looking forward to chatting and picking up some ideas. Just a quick question. My consultant said u can only have 2 HEB on SP if u do it for a week. If u are doing it for a day or 2 it's only one. Most people in group didn't know this. Are u all under this impression. Well done for target lemony. What an achievement Smile

Groovee · 27/06/2017 16:52

Welcome Sazzie.

Em lovely news. We do expect you to stay here with updates x

Groovee · 27/06/2017 16:53

Never heard of that Sazzie regarding SP and HEB's.

ALemonyPea · 27/06/2017 16:55

Welcome Sazzie. Well done on the loss so far. It is 2 B choices on an SP day, it even states that in your book. I tend to do speedy B choices though on an SP day, or at least one speedy B choice. That's one hifi bar instead of 2 or 2 ryvita instead of 4.

sazzie1975 · 27/06/2017 17:02

Yes I'm a little confused too. It came up in discussion because someone had done it a few days and was disappointed with the loss they had. That's when she explained 2 HEB but only if u do it for a week. Sometimes it's hard to know what right isn't it Confused

NachoAddict · 27/06/2017 17:38

Just a little 1lb off this week. I am sticking to plan so it's a bit disheartening but off is off.

Going to try SP days this week, going to get my book out and plan it properly.

ALemonyPea · 27/06/2017 17:51

Your consultant is wrong, definitely 2 each SP day.

OP posts:
FoofFighter · 27/06/2017 18:05

indeed they are wrong, it clearly states in book and online. That's shocking that she doesn't even know her own plan! If she is giving out that "advice" I fear for what else she claims

sazzie1975 · 27/06/2017 18:50

Lol to be fair. This is the only thing that has caused a bit of confusion. She is usually very good. I might be brave and bring it up again Saturday.

sazzie1975 · 27/06/2017 19:00

Well done on the pound loss nacho.

latedecember1963 · 27/06/2017 19:10

Lemony, what a fantastic achievement. 🎇 Love the Posh Spice comparison! Hope you aren't going to leave the thread now - we need your inspiration to keep us all going. Enjoy your celebration, hope you've had that cake.
Groovee, your plan sounds really sensible. My SiL had the op you're having a few years back and it really helped her. She had a few more periods before they finally stopped but they were manageable compared to what she had had before.
Em, good to hear all is well.

Groovee · 27/06/2017 19:17

-3.5lb 3st 1lb in 25 weeks

I'm over the moon

NachoAddict · 27/06/2017 19:26

sazzie1975 · 27/06/2017 19:28
