I’ve got a feeling you might regret asking this question 🙈 I remember having sleep envy when I was getting 3-4 hours a night, hated anyone who slept more than me! Mine has just turned one and it varies anywhere between 6-8. Sometimes she wakes for an hour in the night and sometimes she sleeps 7 until 6. I don’t always find in easy to get back asleep once she’s woken and I don’t do myself any favours by staying up until 10/10.30pm

MidnightMystery · 01/08/2019 19:02

6,2 and 10months.

Enough, they all sleep through.

PirateWeasel · 01/08/2019 19:04

10 month old, probably about six hours. Broken, obviously!

hazeyjane · 01/08/2019 19:05

Kids are 13, 12 and 9
5 or 6 hours.

nogooddeedgoesunpunished · 01/08/2019 19:05

3 1/2. 6 hours broken

HerondaleDucks · 01/08/2019 19:05

12 and a half and between 1 and 4 hours a night. Has been the same for years.

Fatted · 01/08/2019 19:06

6YO and 4YO. I get a good 8 hours.

InDubiousBattle · 01/08/2019 19:06

4 and 5, we get 8 hours. Good sleepers but we also (usually )go to bed early.

magpiecounter · 01/08/2019 19:07

4.5 and he wakes up every three hours for a feed but goes straight off after.

moreismore · 01/08/2019 19:08

3yrs and 11 months. Between 3 and 6 but always broken.

Dragongirl10 · 01/08/2019 19:15

11 and 13..8 hours

AutumnGlitterBall · 01/08/2019 19:15

Three next month - until I got pregnant again, easily eight good hours. Now with a month to go, I’m lucky if I get three or four while DS still gets his eleven hours!

CrunchyCrumpet · 01/08/2019 19:16

15 months and normally 5-7hrs

lancslass17 · 01/08/2019 19:16

1 year and 6 or 7 which I can survive on now. Pre baby 9 or 10 but months of 3 or 4 hours means 7 hours is great x

Bourbonbiccy · 01/08/2019 19:21

2years old, he sleeps for 10hrs, I get about 6.
But believe me it took a long time us getting here, he didn't sleep through until about 14months, and everybody had a baby that slept a solid 11/12 hrs from about 8 months.
This is when I learnt not to get upset by comparisons and other peoples triumphs. Just to roll with it as it comes, 💐💐💐

LittleTopic · 01/08/2019 19:24

DD is 3 months and I get between 5-7 hours. She has one feed in the night, then generally wakes at 6am. Sometimes she will go back to sleep for a bit after her 6am feed which is when I get my 7 hours Grin

I am fully expecting this to go to pot soon Confused

Daffodil2018 · 01/08/2019 19:25

Mine's 7 months too. It is so variable but usually somewhere between 5 and 6 hours a night for me. The last two nights she's slept for 12 hours (minus a dream feed) so I've actually been catching up! I'm terrified of doing anything that will break the spell!

TheSheepofWallSt · 01/08/2019 19:27

Almost 3 years old.

Between 3 hours and 8 hours- but due to late nights working to deadlines, and his early rising, not because he sleeps badly or too little.

AtSea1979 · 01/08/2019 19:28

14 year old sleeps 9-7
10 year old sleeps 8-6 Shock

TinyMystery · 01/08/2019 19:31

10 months. He sleeps 6.30/7-4.45ish, has a feed and then will sleep until 7 or later if you let him (often have to be up before). He was sleeping through until 5.30ish but then was up for the day so I actually prefer it like this! DH and I were in bed by 7.45 last night (he’s on early shifts and leaves at 4.30, and I was just tired) so I actually slept almost as much as the baby 😬

I survived on 3-4 until he was 8 months but my mental health was awful and I felt like shit so we had to take action. I just couldn’t cope any longer. We found a gentle sleep training method that was really effective for us, although we did it very slowly. I’m sure my sleep consultant friend would be a bit horrified that I’ve let the early morning feed creep back in but I actually really like it.

SnugglySnerd · 01/08/2019 19:36

A 5 year old and 2 year old twins. I reckon about 6 hours a night but usually broken. Some nights less than that. I am permanently exhausted.

BishopofBathandWells · 01/08/2019 19:36

DD is 18 months and has just started sleeping through the night, from around 6.30/7pm to 6am. Honestly, I feel like I'm born again. Prior to that she was waking every two hours. Fully aware it could all go tits up again though so am just counting my blessings for the time being.

burritofan · 01/08/2019 19:38

3 months and between 3 and 8 hours broken up, but only because I go to bed when she does at 8pm. She has no discernible pattern – last night was up 9pm, 11pm, 1am, 4am, 5am, 5.40am, 7am. The night before, 1am, 5am.

shivbo2014 · 01/08/2019 19:38

3 week old baby im getting about 2 hours at the moment.

costacoffeecup · 01/08/2019 19:39

Four and six months. Around four hours.
